NOTES: Lewis Campbell and Martin Pulgarin delivered the goals and keeper Marcilio Soares preserved the shutout as St. Benedict's capped a perfect season with a 2-0 win over Pennington School in the Prep A final. The win marked an eighth FAB 50 national title for coach Jimmy Wandling, who has an all-time coaching mark of 216-8-4. The Gray Bees have won 14 national titles overall. This year's squad allowed only two goals all season and posted 15 shutouts while defeating programs from six different states. One of the team's marquee victories was a 2-0 decision over FAB 50 No. 3 St. Ignatius (Ohio). Junior Ransford Gyan and sophomore Kwaku Agyabeng, along with senior Pulgarin, sparked an offense that averaged more than 4.5 goals per match.

School Facts: Private, all-male, 1,200 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: For the second year in a row, Richie Monath scored the game-winner in overtime as Calvert Hall defended its MIAA A Conference title with a 2-1 victory over FAB 50-ranked John Carroll. The senior-heavy team, like St. Benedict's (N.J.), had a two-goal win over FAB 50 No. 3 St. Ignatius (Ohio). The Cardinals were led offensively by Penn State commits Ben Madore and Tyler Flynn, along with junior Ryan Belal. A pair of Loyola (Md.) commits anchored the defense in keeper Nate Jones and defender Cody Angelini.

Season complete. Ohio Division I state champion. School Facts: Private, all-male, 1,500 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Owen Maruca and UPenn commit Owen Sullivan scored second-half goals as St. Ignatius defeated New Albany 2-0 to claim a fourth straight state title and 12th since 2004. Led by Notre Dame-bound midfielder Nolan Spicer, Ohio State signees Patrick McLaughlin and Zsombor Onodi, and Xavier signee Nathan Trickett, the Wildcats completed an amazing four-year run where they went 82-2-2. Both losses came this year, ending a 77-match undefeated run, and the defeats were both two-goal decisions to co-No. 1s St. Benedict's (N.J.) and Calvert Hall (Md.).

Season complete. New York Public Schools Athletic League A champion. School Facts: Public, 2,500 students in six schools in the MLK Educational Complex, grades 9-12. NOTES: Maynor Palacios scored midway through the second half to carry MLK to a 1-0 victory over Curtis for the PSAL A title. MLK is riding a 41-game undefeated streak, which includes handing New York Class A state champion and FAB 50-ranked Amityville its only loss this season in a 3-1 contest. Carlos Lainez was the team's leading scorer this year.

Season complete. Pennsylvania Class 4A state champion. School Facts: Public, 2,340 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Cole Kamarec scored the first two goals to open the floodgates as Seneca Valley delivered one of the most lopsided wins in PIAA state final history with a 6-0 thrashing of Lower Merion. Max Marcotte, Connor Oros, Gavin Loya (who also had two assists) and Evan Howard scored the other goals. The team's victory was jumpstarted by a defensive play as keeper Ryan Krumenacker stopped a penalty kick of West Virginia University-bound Sam Nyenka just three minutes into the match. Seneca Valley then responded with four first-half goals. In the semifinals, Seneca Valley edged Conestoga in a rematch of last year's state final, which Conestoga won. Seneca Valley has now been in three straight state finals and won twice (2020 and 2022).

Season complete. New York Class AA state champion. School Facts: Public, 1,500 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Nico Galeano scored nine minutes in and Lorenza Galeano added an insurance goal midway through the second half as Scarsdale defeated FAB 50-ranked McQuaid Jesuit 2-0 in the state final to cap a perfect season.

Season complete. D.C. state champion and Washington Catholic Athletic Conference champion. School Facts: Private, all-male, 960 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Colin Prendergast converted a penalty kick that lifted Gonzaga to a 1-0 win over Washington International in the D.C. State Association final. It was the second tournament win in as many weeks for the Eagles, which won the WCAC crown one week earlier over FAB 50-ranked Bishop McNamara. Gonzaga's winning score against Washington International was set up when teammate Kevin Coffey was taken down in the box. Thomas McKinnon, Gonzaga's keeper and the match MVP, made the one goal stand up for the undefeated Eagles.

Season complete. Kansas Class 5A state champion. School Facts: Public, 1,100 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Vitor Geromel's 42nd goal of the season sparked Maize South's 3-0 win over Blue Valley Southwest. Geromel, only a junior, has committed to Clemson. Gavin Papacek and Alvaro Quezada Jr. added goals for Maize South, which had lost to Blue Valley Southwest in three of the past four Kansas 5A state finals.

Season complete. Massachusetts Division I state champion. School Facts: Private, 1,200 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Callum Rigby and Chance Prouty scored the goals that lifted St. John's Prep to a 2-0 win over Needham and the program's first state title since 2006. St. John's Prep recorded 16 shutouts on the season and allowed only seven goals. The team is coached by Dave Crowell, who has nearly 400 career wins and recently was inducted into the Eastern Massachusetts Soccer Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

Season complete. Oregon Class 6A state champion. School Facts: Private, 1,275 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Gonzaga signee Drew Pederson scored two goals and assisted on one as Jesuit throttled Westview 4-0 in the state final. Nathan Peters and Noah Hayes also scored for the Crusaders. Elliot Parelius was the starting keeper and was pulled late in the match with the game comfortably in hand.

Season complete. Idaho Class 5A state champion. School Facts: Public, 2,100 students, grades 10-12. NOTES: Kyle Atkinson scored early and goalkeeper Parker Gropp made it stand up as Timberline edged Boise 1-0 in a clash of the state's top two programs. The win earns Timberline a second straight state title, this time with an undefeated record, and with it comes a lofty FAB 50 ranking for this senior-heavy team led by coach Adrian Kane. Last year's team finished No. 44. Senior mid Kai Hatten was the SIC 5A Player of the Year and a candidate for state player of the year. Seniors Zayne Davis, Jacob Anderson, Ben Anderson and Gropp were first-team selections along with junior Quintin Boggs.

Season complete. New Jersey Non-Public A state champion. School Facts: Private, all-male, 1,015 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Will Thygeson scored in the 77th minute as CBA upended defending state champion and FAB 50-ranked Seton Hall Prep 1-0 in the state final. Thygeson also scored the game-winner putting CBA in the final. In fact, the senior had a goal or an assist in each of CBA's four playoff wins. CBA lost its opener then rolled off 19 straight wins for its first state title since 2018. Along the way, CBA defeated LaSalle (Pa.) and put an 8-0 hit on state-ranked Chaminade (N.Y.).

Season complete. Illinois Class 3A state champion. School Facts: Public, 2,640 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Josh Weigel scored the lone goal as Naperville Central defeated Romeoville 1-0 to win the Class 3A state title. On the way to the state title, Naperville Central knocked off Naperville North and Stevenson, both FAB 50 teams. Freshman superstar Chase Adams was named the Illinois coaches Player of the Year. Weigel and keeper Austin Waite, both seniors, were all-state selections.

Season complete. Minnesota Class AAA state champion. School Facts: Public, 3,650 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Joe Highfield's shot deflected off a Woodbury defender and into the goal to give Wayzata a 3-2 state final victory over FAB 50-ranked Woodbury. Wayzata, the favorite, trailed in the final two minutes of regulation before Joey Burica tied the match to send it into overtime. The title marked Wayzata's fourth in program history. Mike Orlov scored Wayzata's first goal in the final.

Season complete. Colorado Class 5A state champion. School Facts: Public, 2,581 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Tayler Secrest netted the lone goal as Denver East defeated Fairview 1-0 in the state final. On the way to the title, Denver East knocked off FAB 50-ranked Valor Christian 2-1 in the state semifinals on goals by sophomore Clayton Thomas and senior Gus Sundstrom.

Season complete. Illinois Class 3A state runner-up. School Facts: Public, 1,915 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Romeoville's season ended with a 1-0 loss to Naperville Central in the state final. In fact, both of Romeoville's losses this season were to Naperville Central. Joseph Duarte and keeper Lucas Ortiz were named to the coaches association all-state team.

Season complete. Illinois Class 3A third-place finisher. School Facts: Public, 4,250 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Stevenson made up for a one-sided loss to Naperville Central in the state semifinals by topping FAB 50-ranked York 2-1 in the third-place match. Rohan Gopalam and Ben Inthisone scored in the match where all of the scoring took place in the first 18 minutes of the contest. Senior defender Steven Nyc was named to the coaches association all-state team.

Season complete. Michigan Division 1 state champion. School Facts: Public, 1,535 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Jackson Craft scored his 24th goal of the season and then assisted on Matt Vostriakov's game-clincher as Adams defeated Rockford 2-0 for the program's first state title since 1999. Senior forward Luke Rosin, Craft, a junior, and keeper John Coon, also a junior, earned first-team all-state honors.

Season complete. New York Class A state champion. School Facts: Public, 925 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Hugo Rodriguez scored twice and added an assist as Amityville handled Beacon 4-0 in the state final. Stanley Louis and Horace Hibbert also scored for Amityville. The victory marked Amityville's third state title. The team's lone loss this year was a 3-1 setback to FAB 50-ranked Martin Luther King.

Season complete. Illinois Class 3A fourth-place finisher. School Facts: Public, 2,870 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: York, the defending state champion, carried a 31-match undefeated streak into the state semifinals before losing to Romeoville. York then lost the consolation match against Stevenson. Both matches were one-goal contests. To get to the state semifinals, York edged Elgin 3-2. The teams had tied an earlier meeting this season. York was led by all-state candidate Jose Herrera, who led the team in scoring. It's been a strong two-year run for York, which graduates four of its top five scorers.

Season complete. Illinois Class 3A Super Sectional runner-up. School Facts: Public, 2,540 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Elgin's undefeated season ended with a 3-2 loss to York in the Super Sectional, which serves as the state quarterfinals. Elgin was one of the biggest surprises of the year, putting together a 24-match undefeated run, which included tying York, before its postseason loss. Junior Eduardo Nava led the team in goals while senior Miguel Navarro was second to pace the high-powered offense.

Season complete. Michigan Division 1 runner-up. School Facts: Public, 1,825 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Rockford's season ended with a 2-0 loss to Rochester Adams in the state final. It marked only the second time Rockford allowed more than a goal in a match. In the state semifinals, Rockford defeated FAB 50-ranked Detroit Catholic Central. Senior forward Andrew Bultman was a first-team all-state selection, senior forward Ben Battreall was a second-team pick, senior mid Zenon Fedorowych was a third-team selection and sophomore goalkeeper Tegan Gumbs earned honorable mention status.

NOTES: Baka Kante scored the lone goal as Rockhurst repeated as Class 4 state champion with a 1-0 decision over Christian Brothers College. Rockhurst now has nine state titles, which trails only CBC's 10.

NOTES: Valor Christian, which plays in Colorado's top classification despite a lower enrollment, took an undefeated record into the state semifinals until falling to eventual champion Denver East 2-1. Junior Zach Winkelman scored Valor Christian's goal in the match. Senior Zac Brooks, who has committed to Cedarville, was the team's top scorer.

Before that result, McQuaid had twice defeated FAB 50-ranked Clarence and ousted Long Island champ Connetquot in the state semifinals.
