NOTES: Western Kentucky commit Rebecca Roth converted a penalty kick, South Carolina commit Brinley Murphy and Breana Mendoza, who drew the penalty kick, added goals as Bearden posted a 3-1 victory over FAB 50 Top 25-ranked Houston in the state final. Bearden has now won back-to-back state titles and is 46-0-1 over the past two seasons. In addition to Murphy and Roth, the team's other commits are keeper Peyton Huber to Liberty, junior mid Nyla Blue committed to Tennessee and defender Alivia Stott is soon to commit.

Season complete. Washington Class 4A state champion. School Facts: Public, 2,200 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Rice commit Sophie Zhang and Alabama commit Ashley Roni converted penalty kicks as Skyline defeated rival Issaquah 2-0 in the state final. The win capped a record-setting year as Skyline set a school mark for most wins in a season and became the state's all-time leader in state titles with six, all under coach Don Braman. It seemed fitting Skyline and Issaquah would meet in the final as the rival schools — located less than seven miles apart — have 20 combined state final appearances and both had five state titles entering this year's title match. Skyline ended up defeating Issaquah all three times this year by a combined 11-3 margin. As a point of reference, Issaquah beat Camas 2-0 in the state semifinals and Camas lost to Portland Jesuit (Ore.) 2-1 match early in the season.

Season complete. Pennsylvania Class 3A state champion. School Facts: Public, 1,200 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Duquesne signee Hailey Longwell tied the match and then junior standout Sydney Felton delivered the winner as Moon rallied to a 2-1 win over Upper Perkiomen in the state final. It was the second straight state title for Moon, which won the Class 4A crown last year before being classified in 3A for the 2022 season. Moon fell behind 1-0 in the final which marked the first time it had trailed all season. It also was only the third goal the team allowed this year. Moon's season included a pair of wins over FAB 50-ranked Mars, the first of which ended Mars' 80-match undefeated streak and the second ended Mars' run of consecutive 3A state titles at three.

Season complete. Indiana Class 3A state champion. School Facts: Public, 3,110 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Ohio State commit Ava Bramblett scored three minutes before halftime and it was enough to lead Noblesville to a 1-0 victory over FAB 50-ranked Carmel for the program's third state title in four years. Noblesville shut out its last six opponents and only allowed six goals all season. The defense was led by Purdue commit Lauren Adam and Army commit Nadia Zaborowski. Adam, Bramblett and Zaborowski were first-team all-district selections along with sophomores Marit McLaughlin and Meredith Tippner. Noblesville had more favorable results than Evansville Memorial in common opponent matches to earn the state's top ranking.

Season complete. Oregon Class 6A state champion. School Facts: Private, 1,275 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Freshman standout Mariane Dunne, who plays in the Portland Thorns club system, scored the lone goal that carried Jesuit to a 1-0 victory over FAB 50-ranked West Linn in the state final. The state final was a meeting of two undefeated squads, and the win gave Jesuit its first state title in three seasons. Abigail Cox was named MVP for the match. The junior standout scored the game-winner in the semifinals to get Jesuit back into the championship match. Eva Grunkemeier anchored a defense that allowed only four goals all season.

Season complete. Indiana Class 2A state champion. School Facts: Private, 660 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Evansville commit Ella Hamner scored three goals and Myla Browning added a goal as Evansville Memorial repeated as state champs with a 4-0 victory over Leo. The Tigers were the only undefeated team u002du002d boys or girls u002du002d in Indiana this season. Hamner, Indiana commit Kennedy Neighbors, Lydia Bordfeld, Avarie Zeller and freshman keeper Emma Teague all earned all-district first-team honors.

Season complete. New Jersey Prep A state champion. School Facts: Private, 530 students, grades 6-12. NOTES: Morgan Kotch and Laney Keith each had a goal and one assist as Pennington defeated Oak Knoll 4-0 in the state final to cap an undefeated season. The lone blemish on the record was a 2-2 tied with Springside-Chestnut Hill (Pa.) in a match where Pennington led 2-0. This year's Pennington squad was led by junior standout Morgan Kotch, who set a school record with 40 goals with the last coming in the victory over Oak Knoll. Pennington's lineup includes Rutgers commit Ava Brass and Texas-San Antonio commit Regan Amberson.

Season complete. Massachusetts Division I state champion. School Facts: Public, 1,285 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: UCLA commit Sophie Reale scored the lone goal as Hingham capped an undefeated season with a 1-0 win over Algonquin in a state final that featured two undefeated squads. The winning goal was set up by a pass from Hingham's junior standout Claire Murray, who is among the state's top Class of 2024 prospects. Hingham was coached this season by former pro and U.S. National Team player Mary-Frances Monroe.

Season complete. Pennsylvania Independent Schools Athletic Association state champion. School Facts: Private, 1,025 students, grades PK-12. NOTES: Abby Kenkelen scored on a feed from Alex Reilly in the 70th minute to lift Springside-Chestnut Hill to a 1-0 victory over Episcopal Academy in the PISAA state final. The win marked a second straight state title for the private school power and capped the careers of a stellar season class. Maryland signee Lisa McIntyre was named MVP of the league while teammates Bella Brown (Binghamton), Abby Fitzmaurice, Ellie Stratz, Julia Thomson (Illinois-Chicago) and Mary Trudeau (Morehead State) were first-team selections. SCH has lost only one match over the past three seasons, and that was to FAB 50-ranked Conestoga. The team also tied FAB 50-ranked Pennington School (N.J.).

Season complete. New Jersey Group 4 state champion. School Facts: Public, 1,965 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Texas Christian commit Ainsley Moy, a junior, scored the lone goal as Freehold edged Ridgewood in a battle of New Jersey powers for the Group 4 state title. Freehold was the state runner-up last year to Westfield, another FAB 50 Top 25 team this season. Underclass players Hailey Santiago, Gaby Parker and Moy accounted for 51 goals and 32 assists this season, meaning Freehold likely will remain in the national picture for the near future.

Season complete. New Jersey Group 4 state runner-up. School Facts: Public, 1,775 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Ridgewood's perfect season ended with a 1-0 loss to Freehold Township in the state final. Led by Boston University signee Kat Slott and UCLA commit Isabella Winn, Ridgewood delivered a stellar season that included wins over FAB 50 Top 25-ranked Non-Public A state champion Immaculate Heart Academy and Watchung Hills. Ridgewood also twice defeated former FAB 50-ranked Ramapo. Winn finished the season with 26 goals and 10 assists. Slott added 23 goals and 15 assists.

Season complete. Minnesota Class AAA state champion. School Facts: Public, 2,530 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Minnesota commit Taylor Heimerl scored on an assist from Denver commit Shay Payne as Rosemount defeated Edina 1-0 in the state final. Heimerl, a two-sport standout, finished the season with 20 goals and 18 assists. In a semifinal win over Stillwater, the roles were reversed as Payne scored from Heimerl as the team avenged its only loss. Rosemount's second-leading scorer was Kansas State signee Rilyn Rintoul. In addition to major college firepower, this Rosemount was stout defensively, led by Army commit Jordan Hecht in goal, who finished with 18 shutouts in 22 matches.

Season complete. D.C. state champion, Washington Catholic Athletic Conference champion. School Facts: Private, 1,215 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Emely Rubio-Garcia converted a penalty kick and Meryl Docking poked home a rebound as St. John's defeated Maret 2-1 in the D.C. state final to cap an undefeated season. A week earlier, the Cadets defeated Good Counsel (Md.) for the WCAC crown, which pretty much secured the No. 1 ranking in the DMV as the WCAC includes private schools from D.C., suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia.

Season complete. Tennessee Class AAA state runner-up. School Facts: Public, 2,010 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Johns Hopkins commit Lauren Fang converted a penalty kick that made the score 2-1, but Houston could not get any closer in a 3-1 loss to FAB 50 No. 1 Bearden in the state final. This marks the second year in a row Houston has lost to Bearden in the final. Houston was led by Kansas-bound keeper Sophia Dawe and sophomore scoring sensation Ellett Smith.

Season complete. New Jersey Non-Public A state champion. School Facts: Private, all-girls, 675 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Alexandra Barry, one of the nation's top Class of 2024 prospects, scored the game-winning goal in overtime as IHA repeated as state champions with a 4-3 win over Paul VI. IHA trailed 3-1 in the second half before rallying for the victory. Barry finished the season with 35 goals. IHA avenged two of its three losses, the only one it did not avenge was a setback to Group 4 state runner-up Ridgewood. The Blue Angels posted the only win over New York Class A state champion Albertus Magnus.

Season complete. New York Class A state champion. School Facts: Private, 500 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Columbia commit Gabby Chan, a junior, scored the first goal and assisted on what proved to be the game-winning goal as Albertus Magnus defeated defending champion New Hartford 3-1 in the state final. After Chan tied the score at 1, Ashley McMahon gave Albertus Magnus a 2-1 lead, assisted by Chan. Delaware signee Isabel DiPrima added an insurance goal for New York's top-ranked team. Albertus Magnus, which also features UConn commit Grace Burns, allowed only three goals all season and boasted a victory over FAB 50-ranked St. Anthony's. The team's lone loss was to eventual New Jersey private school champion Immaculate Heart Academy.

Season complete. Massachusetts Division I state semifinalist. School Facts: Private, 1,095 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Bishop Feehan's season ended with a shootout loss to Hingham in the state semifinals following a 1-1 match. Until that result, Bishop Feehan had been perfect, which included a win over Ohio Division I state runner-up and FAB 50-ranked Strongsville. Bishop Feehan was led this season by Albany commit Sydney Kofton.

Season complete. Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland A champion. School Facts: Private, all-girls, 450 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: VCU commit Sydney Feiler scored the game-winning goal as Mercy defeated McDonogh 1-0 to become the first school other than McDonogh or Archbishop Spalding to win the IAAM A title since 2007. The victory capped a stellar season for the Magic, which was a state Top 5 team to start the year but now will finish as No. 1 for the first time in more than 30 years. Mercy's last title was in 1991 in the now-defunct Catholic League. The team also features UMBC commit Peyton Schenning.

Season complete. Pennsylvania Class 3A semifinalist. School Facts: Public, 1,030 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Mars' season ended with a 2-0 loss to Moon in the state semifinals. Moon also handed Mars its only other defeat — 1-0 in the WPIAL final. Other than those two matches, star-filled Mars was perfect, outscoring opponents 115-3. Mars, which had an 80-match undefeated run that ended with the first loss to Moon, was bidding for a fourth straight state title. Seven players made the Class 3A All-WPIAL team, which included Indiana commit Piper Coffield, St. John's commit Reece Dunaway, Richmond commit Gwen Howell and William & Mary commit Ava Lewis.

Season complete. New Mexico Class 4A state champion. School Facts: Private, 1,375 students, grades PK-12. NOTES: Hope Christian completed one of the most dominating seasons in New Mexico girls soccer history in storybook fashion by thrashing perennial state power St. Pius 5-0 in the state final. Anyone wanting to write off Hope Christian's season as playing the 4A, not the 5A classification needs to look no further than the fact Hope Christian defeated 5A state champion Eldorado 2-0. In the state final, Savanah Sanchez had two goals and two assists to cap a season where the junior standout finished with nearly 60 goals. Ashlyn Salas scored in the state final to give her 49 goals for the season.

Season complete. New Jersey Group 4 state semifinalist. School Facts: Public, 1,875 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Watchung Hills' season ended with a 2-1 loss to Ridgewood in the state semifinals. Nina Dusza scored the team's lone goal. Clemson commit Jenna Tobia led the team in scoring with 25 goals and 12 assists. Dickinson commit Ava Prisco added 13 goals and five assists while junior Paige Thomas had six goals and 15 assists. Watchung Hills' only losses were to Freehold Township in the regular season and Ridgewood in the playoffs. The team earned a spot in the state semifinals with a shootout victory over Top 25-ranked Westfield. Watchung Hills also defeated eventual Non-Public B state champ and FAB 50-ranked Rutgers Prep during the regular season.

Season complete. New Jersey North Jersey, Section 2, Group 4 runner-up. School Facts: Public, 1,850 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Westfield's season ended with a shootout loss to Watchung Hills in the section final. In New Jersey, all shootout matches count as ties. It was a tough ending for Westfield, a preseason state title favorite that had allowed only five goals all season. Navy commit Chiara Cosenza was the team's leading scorer.

Season complete. Idaho Class 5A state champion. School Facts: Public, 1,570 students, grades 10-12. NOTES: After four straight state runner-up finishes, Boise broke through for its first state title since 2013 with a 2-0 victory over league rival Centennial. Senior defender Annie Liebich, the team's only four-year player, scored the first goal and sophomore standout Kunie Hirai scored the second. Hirai scored goals in all three Boise state playoff matches. Liebich, sophomore Maizy Kluksdal, senior Portland commit Sophie Hills and junior top prospect Samantha Smith all earned SIC first-team honors. Hirai and junior Mia Barron were second-team picks.

Season complete. New York Class AA state champion. School Facts: Public, 1,550 students, grades 9-12. NOTES: Mia Pirozzi netted the game-winning goal in overtime as Ward Melville edged Clarence 1-0 in the state final for the program's first state title. She also scored the lone goal in the team's 1-0 state semifinal win over Monroe-Woodbury. Goalkeeper Elyse Munoz recorded 12 shutouts on the season, which included blanking both FAB 50-ranked St. Anthony's (0-0 tie) and Monroe-Woodbury (1-0 win).

Season complete. Connecticut Class L state champion. Sophomore Sara Parker scored twice as St. Joseph claimed a second straight Class L state title with a 3-0 win over Notre Dame-Fairfield. Both of Parker's goals were assisted by another sophomore sensation, Alexa Pino. Julia Nunes also scored for St. Joseph. The defense was led by George Mason signee Julia Bike.
