FINAL: Marquette 1, Hudson 0
Senior Sean Dankert scored the lone goal of the match from senior Joey Sikorski's assist as Marquette added yet another trophy to the case. Marquette 3, De Pere 0: Junior [player_tooltip player_id="18504" first="Owen" last="Marshall"] scored twice within a matter of minutes toward the end of the first half as Marquette put the match away early. Senior [player_tooltip player_id="32548" first="Nick" last="Magner"] added the third goal. Despite the loss, De Pere goalkeeper Evan Engel was fantastic in net and kept his team in the match.
Hudson 1, Verona 0: Senior Noah Bekemeyer scored the game's lone goal just minutes into the second half, and stellar defense down the stretch preserved the shutout. Senior Lucas Biederman made six saves for Hudson. For Verona, the loss was the first since the season opener in August.
