Solar SC standout Emeri Adames Emeri Adames F Waxahachie Life (TX) | 2024 State #6 Nation TX is the No. 1 player in the initial rankings. The reigning ECNL Player of the Year is having another great season with her Solar SC 06 squad. She looks ready to lead her team to a run at a Dallas Cup title in April.
Solar has the top three players in this state in this age group, but they all play on different teams. Emma Yolinsky Emma Yolinsky F Prosper (TX) | 2024 State #7 Nation TX is the star of the Solar SC 05 team. The attacking talent is also a member of the U.S. Youth National Team pool. Treasure Byars Treasure Byars M Episcopal (TX) | 2023 #7 Nation TX is one of the top talents on the Solar SC 03/04 squad. Byars was first-team All Conference in the 04 age group last season. She has missed out on a chunk of this season due to injury, but she is a name to know for the future when she returns to the field and returns to dominating the ECNL.
No. 1 Emeri Adames Emeri Adames F Waxahachie Life (TX) | 2024 State #6 Nation TX , Solar SC 06
Adames hits all of the check marks for successful player profile at the next level. She is a student of the game, fierce competitor, and technically gifted. Adames is a playmaker from the center of the field with her vision and soccer smarts. She reads the game like a veteran and turns up in the right spots when her team needs her. She can score highlight-reel goals, but her most memorable tallies have been opportunistic finishes from being in the right place before anyone else even anticipated getting to that spot.
No. 12 Sabrina Schilt Sabrina Schilt GK Plano Senior (TX) | 2024 State #86 Nation TX , Sting Dallas Black 06
Schilt is the No. 1 goalkeeper in the class for this state. She has a rare combination of size, athleticism, and technical prowess for the position. She is capable of making the acrobatic save just as easily as snagging a cross in traffic. She has a bright future in the game.
No. 15 Anaiyah Robinson Anaiyah Robinson F Bridgeland (TX) | 2024 State #119 Nation TX , Challenge SC 06 – Highlights
It has not been an easy season for Challenge SC in the ECNL Texas. They are sitting toward the bottom of the table heading into the last few weeks of the campaign. Robinson has been a bright spot. The tall forward is one of the most dangerous attacking talents in the conference. She can get behind the defense with her long stride or get past a defender with her strength. When she puts her whole toolkit together, she will be unstoppable.
No. 26 Mary Claire Torn Mary Claire Torn 5'11" | D Second Baptist (TX) | 2024 State TX , AHFC 05 – Highlights
You want a defender who can take over the game, Torn is that type of player. She will shut down the opposition’s best player and then go score a goal on a set piece with her head to win the game. MC Torn is a name to circle who could be on the move up when the next rankings update is released.
No. 33 Danika Duncan Danika Duncan 5'4" | M Hill Country Christian (TX) | 2024 State TX , Lonestar 06 – Highlights
Duncan is one of the captains of her Girls Academy team with Lonestar. One of the key traits for Duncan is that you will know she is on the field – partly due to the pink hairband but also because she controls how the game is played. With her passing and positioning, she is a difference-maker from the center midfield role. She is also capable of playing center back too, which is another quality she offers for the next level.
