The class of 2024 in Michigan features a few of the top players in the country in this age group – one player who is playing up an age group for the youth national team and another who is the top goalkeeper for her age group on the youth national team.
The headliners are in this class, but the depth is also really impressive. Between the elite leagues, the 2024s are on some of the best teams in the Girls Academy and ECNL – teams and clubs that should contend for the national championships this summer.
The top two players in the class have been busy this month.

is one of the top players in the country for her position. She is a center back that is perfect for a position-dominant style of play. She is very comfortable on the ball and makes good decisions in the build-up. Fife is a strong defender in duels and an asset in aerial challenges on set pieces.

is another player who is going to have interest from a number of programs at the next level. She is an all-everything type of player. Listed as a midfielder/defender, Billis has the position versatility to carve out a role for herself on any team. She has the pace to be a match-up defender at center back, and the skill on the ball to be a playmaker from the center midfield role. Billis is one of the top players from a very talented Nationals side that plays in the Girls Academy.
Grace Cameron Grace Cameron null | D Powers Catholic (MI) | 2024 State MI is another player from the class of 2024 in Michigan with a bright future. The defender caught the eye of quite a few scouts last season in the ECNL and was named to the Midwest All-Conference Team. She was also an all-state selection for her play with her high school team. Cameron is an easy talent to spot. She is lightning quick, competitive, and smart. Her best attribute is how quickly she transition from defense to offense. She can jumpstart an attack immediately with her anticipation and vision. Cameron is a defender to watch from Michigan from the class of 2024.

impressed PrepSoccer scouts in the fall with her play and earned a spot in the state rankings among the best sophomores in Michigan. The midfielder from Michigan Jaguars is an attacking talent who works best in the midfield. She can finish with either foot, but is best with her right foot. She plays with a bounce in her step as she always on her toes and looking to pounce. She could be a player to watch in the next update as one who could quickly climb up the rankings.

is another favorite of scouts in the state. She is arguably the most athletic forward in the class. Don’t believe me? Watch her highlight reel. There are not many players in the country who can score a goal like she did at the start of the tape. Ervin is a player with much more to offer than one great goal. She is a finisher. She can score with either foot – and equally as capable in aerial duels. She is a patient player and will let the play develop around her in the right spot rather ball chase. Her trust in her teammates shows on the tape and will be a good asset when she reaches the next level. Ervin plays for Marian at the school level and Liverpool IA FC Michigan (formerly Vardar) at the club level.
