<p>FREDERICK, Md. -- The Oakdale Bears scored two early goals to earn a Maryland 3A regional title and book their spot in the Maryland state quarterfinals, edging the Linganore Lancers 2-0. Forwards Riley Alcala (14th) and Samantha Gregorio (18th) provided the goals for the Bears while goalkeeper Cara Robell held a tough Lancers attack to a clean sheet. Oakdale will face the River Hill Hawks in the Maryland State 3A quarterfinals on Friday.</p>
