FORWARDS: The three players that make up the forward position are greatly talented, and two of them play for the same team, and in fact are twins. Amelia and Raelin Miller are juniors at Bishop Moore and had fantastic seasons as sophomores, leading their school to a state title. Amelia had a team-high 12 goals while Raelin had 11 goals and five assists. Jalen Haas is a striker who is committed to the University of Central Florida and plays at Lake Nona.
MIDFIELDERS: Three of the four midfielders on the list are committed to Division I programs as teammates Elsa Steadman and Grace Sodermark, who play at Montverde Academy, are committed to Jacksonville State and Florida Gulf Coast, respectively. Sarah Dempsey Brown, who plays at the smaller Lake Highland Prep is committed to Wake Forest. Gabby Garcia rounds out the midfield, and she has not committed yet, but she is a top player for state champions Bishop Moore.
DEFENDERS: Taylor Kish Taylor Kish D Geneva | 2023 FL is a standout defender from the Geneva School. She is a poised leader on the pitch, and on top of that she is very skilled, technically gifted and does an excellent job organizing the back line. She is a strong defender, great in 1v1 situations, and can also move forward and help with the attack. There is a reason she was selected as a team captain. Skye Barnes, a junior from Hagarty High, can also push forward in the attack. On top of being a very good defender she had five goals and three assists a season ago. Joining as the fourth member of that excellent Bishop Moore team is Peyton Kreul Peyton Kreul M FL , who is the leading defender for the defending state champions.
KEEPER: Genesis Perez Watson is a Division I commit, as she will be attending the University of Central Florida. She is a top notch keeper who is very athletic, great with her feet and makes saves that can really open your eyes.
