The PrepSoccer Player of the Week is honor handed out to the standout performance from the club or high school game from the past seven days. Nominations for the weekly award are accepted on social media or via email. Ethan Manzella Ethan Manzella 5'10" | M Kell | 2025 State GA was the winner of last week’s PrepSoccer Player of the Week.
This week, the nominees include standout performances from all over the country. Check out the nominees below and vote in the poll at the bottom of the page.
PrepSoccer Player of the Week Nominees (Nov. 1)
Mary Long, KC Athletics – Long scored three goals and had two assists in the two wins over the weekend for KC Athletics against FC Wisconsin and Rockford FC. KC Athletics went 7-0 in October.
Ava Fox, Hillsborough High School – Fox scored a spectacular goal in the upset victory over Hightstown High School in the New Jersey State Tournament. Fox’s goal brought the teams level at 1-1, her team would go on to win 4-3 in overtime.
Zac Siebenlist, Santa Barbara Soccer Club – Siebenlist scored three goals during SBSC’s undefeated weekend. He scored twice in the 3-3 draw against SC del Sol. He added the lone goal in the 1-0 win over RSL-AZ.
Liam Penny, PA Classics – Penny scored three goals in PA Classics 5-1 win over PDA over the weekend in MLS Next play.
Alessandra Washington Alessandra Washington null | F State #78 Nation GA , Concorde Fire Platinum – Washington scored five goals in the win over Alabama FC. She also had an assist in the win over Concorde Fire Premier over the weekend.
Mack Arendall Mack Arendall null | F Boerne Champion (TX) | 2024 TX , Classics Elite – Arendall scored a goal and had two assists in Classics Elite’s upset win over Solar SC on Sunday. Neliaj Kealohilani Deleon was outstanding in goal as well.
