US Soccer Youth National Team player. Futsal background. Unique ways of manipulating the ball with the bottom of her foot to work out of pressure and keep control of the ball. Confident on the ball. She has a great first touch. She cleans up possession for her side and she is also the type who will bring any pass into her control. She plays with her head up, always scanning the field. Makes those charging runs through the midfield. Plays as a box-to-box or deep playmaker for Riverhounds. All of the tools to be a top level player at the professional level. Would be in the discussion to be the No. 1 player in the 2025 class for PA as well.
Highlights
Good in the tackle. Strong leg. Can switch the field with one kick. Riverhounds played through her side in the build-up. She takes the free kicks for her team as well. She has improved a lot this season in her decision-making in possession. She isn’t forcing passes as much and she is being more patient in assessing her options. One of the top prospects from her team in this class.
Highlights
Physically imposing type of player. Not afraid to put in a tackle. Could improve on a couple parts of her game while in possession of the ball, but might be the best defensive player in this class. She controlled the game with her positioning and the timing of her tackles. She has the pace to matchup with any forward. Good passer, but tends to kick it quickly and long.
YNT Regional Talent ID invite. Tell-tale characteristics of a standout at the attacking midfield position. She is a fluid athlete, very graceful on the ball. She never looks off-balance even though she is always moving quickly. She can provide the key pass to breakdown the defense. Among the attacking midfielders, she might have the best work rate. She is willing to do the job in pressing to win the ball back quickly for her side.
Highlights
Stood out from game film. Key players for her PA Classics team. Should be a player getting looks at the Girls Academy Talent ID events. Interested to see how she does against the best players in the conference. She has this knack for being in the right spots – really good feel for the game and great at anticipating the next pass. Looked comfortable on the ball in playing around pressure.
Kline has potential to be among the best in the nation from the midfielders in this class. She has all of the tools to reach that stratosphere of recruit/prospect. She is a defensive midfielder, but she has the vision and cunning passing instincts of an attacking midfielder. She is regularly providing assists in the ECNL because she can slice apart the competition with her quality in that aspect of the game. She is a two-time invite to the US Soccer Regional Talent ID events. She is also an all-conference honoree for her play at the high school level.
Libby is a center forward. An aspect of her game that stood out from game film is her quick feet. It is impressive how she navigates around defenders inside of the 18-yard box. She strikes the ball extremely well and can rip the net off the goal.
I want to say DalBon is right-footed, but she does take corner kicks with her left foot so we’re talking about a player who is very comfortable with either foot. DalBon is a creative player in the center of the field. She is either a No. 10 or a No. 8 at the next level. She can take players on with the ball at her feet, but she is at her best when she is making quick decisions and moving to get the ball back. She is smart, skillful, and determined. DalBon is a top player from the Girls Academy.
The forward is in fine form right now with a number of goals from recent games. She is a winger who is quick and loves to get to the end line. She can deliver a cross with pace and accuracy. She is a good finisher too. She has the quality in the final third to be a top prospect from this class.
Box-to-box or defensive midfielder. Versatile player. Right footed. Good fundamentals. Reads the game well. Looks like a good athlete. Potential to play a variety of roles. Better defensive qualities than many midfielders in this class.
Attacking midfielder. Big time quality. All-state player as a freshman. US Soccer YNT Regional ID invitee. One of the best finishers among the midfielders in this class. Incredibly skillful. Regularly dribbled through the competition at the high school level this season. A very exciting player from this class who should be on the national radar.
Playing up an age group in the ECNL with 07 team. Part of the US Soccer YNT Regional ID. Outside back of a back three. Saw her play right center back. Probably versatile enough to play left back as well. Didn’t see her jump into the attack much, but I did appreciate that she always tried to keep possession of the ball for her team. She rarely booted the ball forward. Looked to play through her center back and then get the ball back. Looked good defensively in duels.
DeJesus is the left center back of the back three for the Riverhounds. She is sneaky athletic. She made some blocks in the games that I saw that required quite a bit of flexibility and strength. She is good on the ball – elusive in possession with good ball skills. The Riverhounds 07 team is on the younger side and had some learning pain results this season, but the talent is there with this group to be a top group in the near future.
