GIRLS
Saint Francis is the clear No. 1 as the Lancers won the Section and the Region. After that it was a little tougher, but Menlo-Atherton comes in at No. 2 and at No. 3 is St. Ignatius the only team to beat the Lancers this season. Mountain View had another great season, Mitty made the Open Division and both teams round out the top five.
Sequoia, the Division I champ, is No. 6 while DI runners up Aragon come in at No. 8.

BOYS
The Mountain View boys were having a good season, but that went from good to great after earning the No. 7 seed in the Open Division and winning the whole thing. They also won a NorCal game and nearly reached the final, therefore the Spartans earn the No. 1 Section ranking. Alisal, the runners up, are at No. 2. Bellarmine played in Division I in CCS and Division II in the State, but earned the No. 3 rankings because it was playing some of the best soccer in Northern California at season’s end.
