While PrepSoccer does not rank these classes yet, the players still deserve the spotlight. Below is a scouting report on a few of the names to know from Missouri (and Kansas) in the 2027 and 2028 classes.
Kincaid, notably a 2028, might be the most exciting prospect I’ve scouted in some time. There is a ton of untapped potential – and she is clearly a player who is working tirelessly on her craft while playing on multiple teams. Kincaid has that movement on the field that looks effortless at times, but also jumps off the screen. She has the qualities to be the best attacking midfielder in the country in her class – keep in mind we have done minimal scouting for this group, but her performances while playing up an age group in the ECNL have shown so much promise that it is hard not to be excited about her future.
Highlights
Brewer is a big time prospect on a national level. She has been a dominant force in both the Girls ECNL and the Boys ECNL. She has qualities to her game that suggest she will be making an impact for a long time. She could play in nearly any role at this point. She commands the field when she is playing in a center midfield role, but she has the attacking qualities to make the most impact at center forward. It’s a tough choice for a coach, but a welcome one when you have a player of Brewer’s quality wearing your kit.
Rylee Green
Rylee Green
The Alliance FC 09 team has a number of promising prospects and have been pretty successful in the past year with a State Cup championship. Green is one of the standouts on the squad. She is a skillful player who strikes the ball well. She has excellent technique with shooting and has scored quite a few goals from near the top of the box. Delani Edling is another standout from Alliance FC. Edling was identified as a top prospect from the 09 age group at the ODP National event. She plays as a wide attacker for her club side. She loves to go at defenders with the ball at her feet. She has good vision and skill.

A younger 2008, Oldani is a top 2027 defender thanks to the tenacious attitude when matched up 1v1. Oldani moves her feet really well and gets her body behind the ball. She has all the defensive qualities to be a top outside back in this class.
