Below is a scouting report on some of the top defenders and goalkeepers from this class.
Goalkeepers
rnGood with her feet. Comfortable off her line. Her teammates use her more than most goalkeepers in this class – and even give her the most challenging back passes. Waddington handles it well. She is an outstanding distributor. She is a consistent shot-stopper. A prospect to track for the position considering how much she offers in possession.
Weaver is our top goalkeeper in this class with this update. She is the player that will have plenty of scouts asking about her in the coming months. She is 6-2, which is already a big plus, and super athletic. She has good hands and a solid technical foundation. She could be more in command of her area around the goal – organizing and creating space so she can get off her line to get. It’s a nitpick for a player who might be a little off-the-radar because a more famous player shares her name. Weaver is a big-time prospect for the position.
Cash is a standout goalkeeper in this class. She has good hands and above average athleticism. She has a strong technical foundation. She looks comfortable with the ball at her feet and can be an asset in distribution. On through balls, she gets stuck on her line a bit too much. If she came out with confidence early on, she would cut down on some of those chances. Her shot-stopping ability should get scouts interested in getting her on campus early on in the process.
rnSwagger
rnStevens is the goalkeeper for the FC Prime 06 ECNL team. She is tough as nails. She is fearless coming off her line and does not shy away from any challenge. She is excellent as a distributor and a very good shot-stopper.
Defenders
rnCenter back. Athletic.
rnMadison is a top center back from this state in the 2025 class and has shown it consistently over the last few months of the ECNL season. Florida Premier has only conceded two goals in their last five ECNL games. Madison is a major reason why they are in a successful run of results. She plays as the right center back for the side. She is a strong defender with good technique. She has the athleticism to pull off clean slide tackles. She also has the passing ability to hit cross-field service with accuracy. There are a couple of elements of her game to clean up and she would probably benefit from a year or two to learn at the next level, but she has the potential to be an all-conference type of center back at a top program.
rn
rnDefender
rnMorgan offers versatility as either a left back or a left center back. She is left footed and offers a good cross from the run of play. Defensively, she is as athletic and solid as they come from this class. She can shut down players one-v-one with quick feet and strong technique in the tackle. She had a great showing at the Girls Academy Talent ID Southeast 07 event. Morgan has a lot of characteristics that make her an outstanding defender and a player that coaches should immediately target in June.

Highlights
rnDefender
rnThe left back discussion for this class is between the two Morgans (no relation). They offer similar quality to their teams. Remarkable individual defenders with elite pace to help in recovery situations. It’s hard to imagine a better outside back than Kensington Morgan Kensington Morgan D IMG Academy | 2025 State #161 Nation FL when it comes to slide tackles and beating a player to the ball in a 50/50 situation. She could improve on her ball-striking on the offense side of the game to elevate her level, but defensively she is already good enough to start for many programs.
rnLeft footed center back who takes penalty kicks for her club team. Collins didn’t jump off the screen on the game tape from the Girls Academy Talent ID, but she did jump off the screen from the game film for her club side. She is an excellent defender and a top center back in the region. Being left-footed already puts her on the radar for scouts, but the physical profile of a college center back to go with it makes her a top target. She is athletic too. She had a couple of pop slide tackles this season that showcased that quality.
rnRawlin is listed as a midfielder on her player profile, but I saw her play right center back in two games. The major reason that she stood out from the games was her offensive contributions. She is a target on set pieces. She scored a spectacular goal against Tampa Bay United recently – a heel flick off a cross on a short corner kick routine. She is also good in aerial duels. Rawlin is a sound defender.
