Brayden Pascale
Brayden Pascale
We will start off with the ultra pacey Brayden Pascale. Pascale has played almost everywhere on the field throughout his young career, but seems to have settled in to a great fit as a center back. Brayden has the size and athleticism to play as a traditional center back, and he is left footed, which only makes his blend of skills even more rare to find. He has a very strong leg and good vision to find passes downfield, speed to make up distance on virtually anyone, and a great motor. As he has gotten older, Brayden has also developed a real grit and toughness, diving into challenges when he needs to in order to break up attacks. The type of skill tree you would see in the LCB of a modern back 3. Brayden also has a footballing pedigree. His dad, Ronnie Pascale, made 273 appearances for the Richmond Kickers pro team and currently serves as an assistant on the VCU and Kickers bench.
Miles Dixon
Miles Dixon
Miles Dixon is a 2007 GK to keep an eye on. He has all the tools to continue to develop into a strong keeper. Dixon is fearless when coming out to attack the ball, good at distribution with his hands and feet, and a very good shot stopper. By all accounts, Dixon also has a great work ethic, always working on his craft. Dixon’s leadership really stands out when watching him play. He shows a ton of confidence and control of the game. Miles also has a great understanding of how and when to communicate with teammates, always sorting out his defense and making sure he is vocal as the one player that can see the entire field for his team.
Henry Houser
Henry Houser
Another Kickers keeper, Henry Houser, is from the 2005/06 Elite Red team. Henry has always been a great shot stopper with great size. He has dedicated himself to being more vocal while on the field, and to improving his distribution drastically. This is Henry’s first season on the ECNL-RL team and he fits right in, making great saves and starting attacking plays early. Houser’s improvements in his punting accuracy, passing with both feet, and distribution with his throws have really shown in the last few months, making him a much stronger GK and a great asset to his squad.
Three Richmond Kicker/Richmond United products all committed to VCU this month! The local Atlantic 10 program will be welcoming Ryan Londeree Ryan Londeree M Cosby | 2024 VA , Deniss Hayes, and Nikita Hayes to their program in 2024. All three currently play for the 05/06 Richmond Kickers Elite Red team and they will get to stay together at the next level. Londeree is a complete soccer player, well above average in seemingly every facet of the game. The Hayes twins have an engine that never quits, and are both lightning quick, maybe even more so with the ball at their feet. All 3 also have a great soccer IQ, making perfectly timed runs and playing teammates into open space. We look forward to being able to watch them at the collegiate level.
