You need 11 to win and be successful, but these players change the dynamic of a squad, they make everyone around them better and can change a game with the ball at their feet.
Jane has electric pace, great communication, elite dribbling ability and has great vision. She assisted twice with brilliant 20 yard through balls. She will beat anyone 1v1, put a taller, stronger defender, she will beat you, play her with her back against the goal, she will hold up play and find a way to turn and beat you. Give her the ball out wide, she does not need much space, she will beat you, give her the ball in midfield with room for her to run, she will score or find an assist. These were solid defenders and she was an absolute headache for them. Jane is a top player and only a sophomore. She has to be one of the best players in the area.
Talia Kempf
Talia Kempf
Talia is very good off the ball, she makes brilliant runs and does it consistently. She has an engine and if she cannot be found in behind, she will make the necessary runs in between lines to make herself available time and time again. She does make brilliant runs in behind and has great timing. She is very composed in front of goa and finishes well up front. Can be played out wide or as a more centre forward, although playing out wide is where she made her more intelligent movements.
Mia Lamz
Mia Lamz
Mia is a very mature player for her age. She plays in a double 6 partnership but can easily play as a defensive or holding mid playing in a 3 player midfield. She is a taller more physical player and uses that well when defending. She is a solid defender, good tackler and compliments a more attacking midfield as she recovers well and quickly looks to lay the ball off to her more attacking minded players. A calm presence in the midfield and has good field awareness, consistently looking at her surroundings to ensure she is covering the gaps.
Gracie Cwik
Gracie Cwik
Gracie is a leader and the heart of the Bartlett team. She is a good passer of the ball, very good short passing and has good accuracy and strength in her longer passing. She is a bit more attacking minded and is able to pick apart the opposition with her ability to cut lines. She is continuously looking to move the ball quick and forward while not forcing the issue. A good decision maker however, does lose that piece of skill when pressed. She can lack effective passing when she does have a player press quickly. Giver her any time though and she will make the right decision and will threaten the opposition with her great vision and passing. A strong player in the midfield, she is an important figure for Bartlett.
Grace Johansen
Grace Johansen
Grace makes really good runs in behind and has good pace. She does well to stay wide and is normally always an option as she moves really well off the ball. She sits well in the pocket to be available and makes intelligent crosses. A good runner with the ball can improve her dribbling ability but she makes up for it with her dangerous crosses.
