There were many players who contributed, stars, role players and backups alike. However, there were five players from one club that played key roles and those five all play at San Francisco Elite SC.
Tenley Aufderhaar
Tenley Aufderhaar
Aufderhaar was a key player in the midfield and as a freshman, started the whole season. She is a player who brought a lot of hard work and energy to the pitch. Aufderhaar plays for the 2008 GA team.
Jazleen Cerda
Jazleen Cerda
Cerda, another freshman, is all business when it comes to soccer. She plays hard, works hard and was the first player off the bench, playing a key role as a forward. She played her best under the bright lights and showed she was one of the best passers on the team. Cerda plays for the 2009 GA team.
Chapel King
Chapel King
King, a junior, was a starting outside back at University and the SF Elite SC 2007 GA player was very consistent and reliable. King contributed in many ways as she is a balanced player in terms of her ability to defend and push up.
Sammy Monks
Sammy Monks
Monks, a junior defender, has blazing speed, often times the fastest player on the field. She started all season and she was very dangerous pushing up in the attack. Monks plays for the 2007 GA team.
Victoria Nealy
Victoria Nealy
Nealy is a fierce keeper. The junior is one of the best keepers in the Bay Area as she can do everything you ask of a keeper. She commands her box, she’s a leader, she stops shots and is very brave. Nealy also plays for the 2007 GA team.
