Marley Adams Marley Adams 5'8" | F Carlsbad | 2026 State CA , Forward, Class of 2026
Adams plays all three forward positions, and usually starts at the No. 7. She is a Carlsbad High player and plays her club at San Diego Surf on the 2008 ECNL team. Adams is incredibly unselfish, leading her club team in assists currently, but also finds ways to score as she has three in four recent games. She’s improved greatly in 1v1 situations, which has allowed her to open up the aforementioned scoring chances. She also tracks back well as a forward when she needs to defend, and shows off a great slide tackle, which allows her to keep the ball on the opponent’s half. She is a self-motivated player who is looking to get better all the time, working hard outside of games and training. Her ball skills and her speed are greatly improving, and she is becoming more comfortable with either foot. She’s also greatly improving in terms of moving off the ball and making the right runs into the right space.
Maggie Currie Maggie Currie M CA , Midfielder, Class of 2026
The Leigh High and MVLA 2008 Inter ECNL product can play all three midfield positions as she is very versatile. Playing at a school like Leigh and a club like MVLA, Currie is playing high level soccer. She is a player with great endurance, as she can go box-to-box, she can help in the attack and she is particularly strong on defense. Specifically, she is great at recovering the ball and transitioning to the attack quickly. She’s becoming better and more aggressive with taking shots on goal as well.
Shannon Davidson Shannon Davidson M Redondo Union | 2025 State #244 Nation CA , Attacking Midfielder, Class of 2025
Davidson is an attacking midfielder from Redondo Union’s class of 2025, and plays ECNL for Beach FC’s 2007 team. She is a verbal commit to Utah. In offering, the Utes saw a No. 10 with presence and prowess. Davidson has great vision, seeing the play develop in front of her and makes great decisions based on what she analyzes. She shows off her technical skills with perfectly weighted and precise balls, as well as creating chances and finishing opportunities. She also defends, aggressively closing down passing lanes and also loves to get stuck in and make tackles to win the ball back, keep it on the opponent’s half and start the attack. She is a No. 10 that goes box-to-box and she is showing improved strength, fitness and is also a good communicator.
Hayley Kase Hayley Kase 5'5" | M Mira Costa | 2027 CA , Forward, Class of 2027
Kase is a Beach FC 2009 ECNL player, as the freshman at Mira Costa is a versatile and dynamic player who features as a striker and also a wide forward. After tearing her ACL two years ago, she has come back and worked extremely hard, showing determination and effort, not letting anyone work harder than her. A player with great speed and an ability to quickly get a shot off with both feet, Kase finds ways to score goals that a lot of other players cannot and is also unselfish and distributes the ball as well. One thing she does particularly well is stretch the field and draw opponents wide, opening up acres of space in the center of the pitch. She does not just have physical skills as she shows the necessary mental side as well, acting as a positive and encouraging leader who is playing excellent football right now.
Ashley May Ashley May 5'9" | M San Marcos | 2026 CA , Attacking Midfielder, Class of 2026
May is a player with goals for herself and hear team. She wants to be a great teammate for her current 2008 San Diego Surf ECNL team, and wants to continue working to be a leader. She is a person that leads by example, has high character and makes a team better. She can make a team better when she’s creative and making opportunities for herself and her teammates. She is very effective in creating transitions between the different thirds of the field. She is a precision passer with incredible technical ability as she can weight a pass perfectly, she can get past defenders and is good with the ball at her feet. She has impressive win rates when challenging for a ball, and her tenacity, endurance and work rate lead to this. May has a high soccer IQ, excellent field vision and makes great decisions. She plays high school at San Marcos where she is a sophomore.
Sahaana Potti Sahaana Potti 5'2" | F Saratoga | 2026 State CA , Forward/Attacking Midfielder, Class of 2026
Potti is from near San Jose, playing at Saratoga High and playing club at the excellent De Anza Force for the 2008 ECNL team. She is an impact player as both a wide forward and attacking midfielder. Potti has a unique combination of explosive speed while being very technical. She has great confidence in her technical ability as she can use both feet to dribble, to make passes and hit curling shots into the net. A dangerous and crafty player, Potti has an easy change of pace ability and can quickly change direction. She gets around corners and finds ways to create scoring chances. Excellent in 1v1 situations, but also able to control the midfield and dictate the attack, Potti is a good teammate to have on the pitch because of her ability and her chemistry with the team.
McKenzie Sanchez McKenzie Sanchez 5'3" | F Mt. Carmel | 2026 CA , Forward/Midfielder, Class of 2026
Sanchez is from San Diego, attending Mt. Carmel High and plays for the 2008 ECNL team at Rebels SC. As a versatile player that can play forward and midfielder, she is very good at maneuvering in tight spaces, and she is an incredible passer out of these tight areas. Sanchez is very confident when receiving the ball and she is at her best when she plays freely. She is a very fast player, which helps going forward or if she needs to track back. She does track back defensively well and can help keep the ball on the opponent’s half and transition back into attacking play. She is fitting in well with her new club and learning to play new positions, and has improved a ton and is looking to improve even more.
