The U.S. U16 Women's Youth National Team forward doesn't need any help getting the attention of college scouts, but it's worth noting that she led her team to the championship in the North America Cup at the 08 age group. Touray started that game by trying to dribble through the opposition. There are some areas from improvement in her game, but she's nationally one of the absolute best and will be on the radar for most of the programs routinely competing for spots at College Cup.

Norris, the former standout from FC Dallas, found a new home with Florida Krush and looked great during the North America Cup run to the championship game. There is a lot to like about Norris' game. She's a tough-tackling, right footed midfielder. She can play as the No. 8 or as the No. 6. I think she has a higher ceiling as a No. 6. She delivers a great ball on set pieces and takes some of them for her club team. Norris has Youth National Team pedigree and that elevated approach to the game is evident from watching game film after the event. She consistently makes the right reads in possession and does well keeping the ball moving for her side. Norris had some trouble with the physicality of the Rebels team in the semifinal. She will face more of that in the future, but she has the tools to handle it - and the toughness to endure constantly getting fouled in the center of the field. She scored a great goal from outside of the box in the win over Rebels in the semifinal round, which showcased her quality in ball striking ability from the run of play. Norris comes from a soccer family and should have plenty of suitors from her commitment.

Orr is a center back on the Florida Krush team. She was absolutely terrific in the semifinal and the final of the North America Cup. For college coaches looking for a center back who has the quality to hang with Youth National Team talent and might be a bit off the radar at this point, Orr should be a top contender. She battled in the title game and did well when matched up with duels against the talented center forward from Bethesda. In the semifinal, I was impressed with her composure on the ball. She did well breaking pressure and using body feints to evade defenders. Orr offers a wide skill set for the position and should be an early contributor at the next level in one of the most vital positions on the field.

Nunez was the star of the Rebels midfield during the run to the semifinal round. The Mexico U17 Women's National Team player continues to impress with her play. The game film from the semifinal against Florida Krush shows how influential and impactful she is at the elite level of the club game. She can project as a No. 8 or a No. 10 for the next level. The left footed magician had a number of brilliant moments, which showed she can finish just as well as she can create. Nunez should be a top target in this class for programs with a clear playing identity and style. She could be the cornerstone piece to push a team to the upper echelon.

This was my first time seeing Hooper play in person at the event. She is one of the top players from Canada and played with WNY Flash during the ECNL North America Cup. She was one of the best players at the event. She is a forward who had a goal an an assist in the semifinal round. She can play as a center forward or as a support striker. She has a high technical foundation - check out her assist from the semifinal game - and a ruthless approach around the box. She should be considered among the top forwards from New York in this class - and her game film from the event backs up that claim. Hooper will be a top recruit for the potential she offers as a high output forward at the next level.

Avillo is one of the captain's of the Bethesda Championship team. She is also part of the Swedish Youth National Team in the 08 age group. She plays as a defensive midfielder for her club side. The way she reads the game and the fearlessness in the tackle make her an outstanding defensive midfielder. There is no hesitation in her approach when she makes the decision. The conviction she brings in the center forces teams to either meet the brunt of her tackle or play away from her. She is more than just a bulldog defensively. She is excellent passer with either foot. The range of her passing and the accuracy are strong points. There can be a slight hitch in her wind up on long balls that probably needs to be eliminated at the next level to give some more deception to her passing. Avillo is a quality player who has the soccer smarts to be a star at the college level and be in this game for a long time.

Iozzia had a terrific showing at the North America Cup. I've seen the center back play a number of times before and her highlight reel from spring shows the quality she brings in her team. In Seattle, it felt like she was playing with a ton of confidence. She was getting into the tackle and not holding anything back. She played some passes that split open the opposition. Two parts of her game that are there, but not always evident. Iozzia, when she is playing with that swagger, is a disruptor at center back with the best of them. She flew into a slide tackle in the semifinal game against Bethesda that maybe only a handful of players could pull off cleanly. She has the athleticism to be the type of impactful center back at the next level.

Panella is another U.S. Youth National Team player who starred for her side at the ECNL event. It feels wrong writing about her because she is a highly ranked player in the Prep Soccer National Rankings, but she lived up to that mark and more during the event. She has a great first touch and showed her control of the ball while under pressure for her side. Some of the passes she made during the event made it seem like she had eyes in the back of her head. Panella already has the skill and physical profile to step into the lineup of a college team tomorrow.

Parsons is the most dynamic player in the 2026 class and it clearly showed in the 2007 North America Cup games. The forward/winger had defenders on their heels early on and took advantage of any 1v1 situations. She likes to play on the left and cut inside on her right. With her close control, quick feet, and burst, she is a tough player to defend. She likes to hit those curving shots with her momentum carrying her toward the center and her torque adding to the rotation on the ball to curve it back. It can be a nightmare for goalkeepers. Parsons lacks the prototypical side of a winger for the college level, but her skill level and quickness suggest a player who could aspire to the professional game sooner rather than later.

Duker is one of those players coaches seek out as she seems to get better as the lights get brighter. The Sporting Blue Valley defender was a key piece for her side on the way to the championship. She did well in the high pressure knock out games. She contributed an assist in the semifinal round, and had a number of key defensive plays in the championship game against the talent Orlando City attack. Duker is a decorated prospect with a number of honors to her credit thanks to her consistency at the elite club level. She should be a top target as a versatile player who could fill in at center back or defensive midfield.

Hill might be a bit in the shadow of her forward partner Parsons on the Orlando City team, but the center forward deserves the spotlight. She is a high level prospect from the 2026 class who had a strong showing at the ECNL event in Washington. She is a center forward and should be at the next level. She has good strength and skill. She does well in playing with her back to the goal. She can also be an option to get in behind the defense. Hill had a stellar high school campaign this past season and that confidence has carried over onto the club field.
