Flores can play all three midfield spots, and do so well. She is a player that just looks so calm and composed when she's on the ball, and she looks in charge off the ball. She sees play develop in front of her, showing advanced understanding of the game but also showing great instincts. Her instincts are on full display when choosing where to play a ball as she makes the right choice and she plays a beautiful ball that is perfectly weighted and leads a teammate to space. She's physical off the ball, and when she's on the ball and pressured, she can show off her wonderful technical skills.

Evangeline Kim, Midfielder, Concorde Fire

Kim is a young midfielder, as she is a 2028, but she belongs being mentioned with the up and comers from Georgia. Kim is ambitious and driven and plays with aggression and great skill. She can do everything you need between the two boxes as she can drive forward and help create, either carrying the ball forward, picking a pass or moving off the ball to find space. She plays very effective defense in transition, and it starts with effort and ends with instinct. She's a physical player who likes to make a challenge, tackles well, and shows great athleticism in winning the ball and transitioning quickly.

[player_tooltip player_id='110484' first='Nicole' last='Noorbehesht'], Midfielder, TopHat

Noorbehesht is a total stud, and you can see it on her film, starting with these clips here. She anticipates well on both ends of the pitch, as defensively she steps in front of passes and cuts off passing lanes with great instincts. She's so good on the ball, and so comfortable in possession, that she carries the ball down the pitch and starts the counter attack immediately. If she sees a ball to play, she will hit it right away or she will take the space and create play. She plays as a No. 6 and a No. 8, and even when she's sitting deep in the midfield, she likes to push up and join the attack and shows her fitness by making really long runs. And when she finds herself at the end of a ball, she will finish calmly. A true duel-winning midfielder with good physical and technical characteristics, she's a rising player in Georgia.

Megan Sternot, Attacking Midfielder, TopHat

Photo: Mary Sternot

Sternot has many great qualities, but my favorite is that she expresses herself with conviction on the pitch. She sees space, she takes that space. She does not stay confined to an area. If she has to track back, or track wide to go get the ball, she will. She can also beat you in a number of ways as she will play a ball quickly once the defense steps. The next time, when the defender is expecting her to play a ball down the side or send it on the floor between the center backs, she exploits the space and carries. She works very hard, she has great ability with the ball at her feet, and she is very good at finding ways to score as she can make a far post run, beat defenders on her own and then get a shot off or continue on a run after playing a ball and find herself at the end of the ball and slot it home.

[player_tooltip player_id='151926' first='Maggie' last='Victor'], Defensive Midfielder, Concorde Fire

Victor is a No. 6 that also features as a center back because of her defensive prowess. She shows great instincts and skill as a defender, and has the ability to stand out as a defender as well. She knows when to step, she's physical and she wins 50/50 balls, making good challenges and winning aerial duels. When she's in the midfield, she likes to get the ball out wide to her playmakers as quickly as possible as she helps the attack transition quickly.
