Anderson is one of the most impressive keepers that you will see in the country, and is deservingly highly-rated. She is exceptional in reading play, tracking the attack and putting herself in the best position to be able to make a stop or shut down an attack. She is extremely athletic, very quick and reactive and makes incredible saves look routine. Her technique is excellent, and that's because she works so hard. She is one of the hardest working players you will find. She is also very consistent in her approach, in her effort and in her demeanor in the pitch, as she never seems to worry or panic. She's cool under fire and rises to the occasion.

Joseph is heading to Rutgers and is a wide defender with great dynamism, versatility and skill. She can play on either side, use either foot and contribute on either end. She's terrific about knowing where to go with the ball, not simply sending it down the line or over the top every time. She picks out passes well. She's very quick and agile and beats people on the outside with regularity, showing an inclination for linking up and helping build an attack, and quickly. She can put a ball on frame or she can send a great ball in.

Laccinole is staying in the Northwest and will play at Oregon and she is a total force of nature. She impacts the game in so many ways. For one, she has great size and strength and is a center back you don't want to take on. She is physical and shuts attackers down quickly. She can really possess the ball as well, taking players on, making them miss and help transition the offense. She can make underlapping runs and get wide as she gets down the pitch, she's a good free-kick taker and she is an absolute force in the air on headers.

A versatile player who can really impact the game in many ways, Nakada is excellent when it comes to getting up and down the pitch fro either her outside back spot, or when she's playing the No. 6. She has a great motor, gives great effort and really helps facilitate play. From her No 6 spot, she picks passes well, gets the ball to attacking players quickly and from her outside back position, she takes on wide players, and she shows great ability to combine with her teammates to create opportunities. She is also very good at locking people down defensively, showing really quick feet to stay with attackers, to poke a ball away and good strength, which allows her to be physical.

O'Donnell is an exceptionally crafty player, a master of subtleties that gives her such an edge over her opponents. It's a little touch here, a movement there that separates her from others. She's great about creating space for herself with a little backheel push, or a feint and she exploits that space. She has great body control and gets in on goal quite a lot where she shows cool determination in finishing.

Stiles is a very impressive center back, one who is strong and physical and she will be a perfect fit for a Big Ten school like Rutgers. She is unafraid to make a challenge as she will go after an attacker and not let up, using her physical skills to shut them down. She uses her body well to win the ball, she moves side to side very well and will help cover her teammates and she is fantastic in her timing, whether it is stepping to the ball or making a tackle. Her ability to possess and move the ball puts her on another level of player.
