Columbus Soccer: Talented Forwards Returning Next Season

Joah is a shifty winger who is very dangerous with the ball at his feet. His ability to cut in quickly and get shots off with no warning makes him a very difficult task for defenders. Joah is also very composed on the ball. The combination of explosive changes in direction, composure on the ball, and his ability to create shots will certainly have him all over the scoresheet next season. Gavin is a very well-rounded player and a true goal-scorer. Gavin can score in a thousand different ways and involves his teammates as well. He can hit the net from any distance and isn't scared to try from anywhere on the field. This makes him an impossible assignment for defenders because he can dance through the backline like cones if they try to win the ball. Gavin scored twenty-seven goals last season and assisted thirteen times. Jacob is a great finisher. Every great team needs a player who will sell out to get on the end of a cross or set piece and Jacob embodies that role. Jacob is comfortable and capable of scoring in many different ways. His success in front of the net can be largely attributed to his anticipation and positioning. Being in the right spot is half the battle and Jacob knows what to do once he's there. Angel is a great player and fun to watch. His speed keeps defenders off balance and his composure allows him to take advantage of that. Angel is great at finding a corner and can do so with very little space. He is very dangerous on the counterattack and can score a set piece from all angles. Angel is great at punishing defenders when they make mistakes. Johnny is a flashy forward who can create great opportunities with the ball at his feet. He is comfortable taking on any defender and is great at creating a shot for himself. Johnny is not scared to take shots from anywhere and can dance his way through tight spaces in the box as well.
