His offensive game speaks volumes as well, taking space when going forward dribbling the ball and finding open teammates when needed too. His large and physical frame allow him to dominate in the air, constantly winning aerial battles against opponents to get the ball clear. One thing I love about Fysher's game is his quick decision making when on the ball. As a defender, especially when getting pressed up high, you have to think quickly and know what you want to do with the ball before you even receive it. His quick, plays with his head up, reads the game well to intercept passes, great at tackling, good dribbling and passing, there really isn't any area you see Cam lacking at. He goes above and beyond for his Cambridge team as well, making lots of overlapping runs and runs in behind with his quick pace to offer another attacking threat for the Bears.
