Top Upperclassmen Goalies in Morris County, New Jersey

Last year Randolph lost to Shawnee in the Group 3 State final and Vichengrad was one of the main reasons they got there. He's everything you're looking for in a goalkeeper, big, agile, and good with his feet. Throughout this season he's also demonstrated great ability in commanding his box and using his experience to lead his team. He also plays for STA's ECNL program so he's used to playing in high pressure games. Roxbury lost a lot of players due to graduation and you could say that this year is a rebuilding year for him. Despite the slow start, Aidan Jachera has played his part. Last year he had 5 shutouts and is another goalie who has experience at the varsity level. The Mount Olive senior may be looked over because of his short stature but he's demonstrated that his athleticism can make up for it. The 6'2 junior was on the Newton squad last year where he was kept busy often having to make double digit saves in games. This year with an improved overall squad, Romeo has been racking up clean sheets and wins. Currently undefeated, Delbarton goalkeeper [player_tooltip player_id='101028' first='Sebastian' last='Rubio'] has made his mark on the season so far. On September 15th Rubio had 6 saves and a clean sheet to get a win versus a strong Chatham side. The junior shotstopper has experience playing at a high level for club ball at STA.
