Imposing and tall, he helps secure the backline excellently. A defender with great reaction and timing, he constantly wins the ball back when his team needs it the most. His clean but strong tackles help recover the ball effectively. A left-footed winger, he constantly inverts, leaving him in great position to take shots or play passes. His long shots are great, causing problems for the goalkeepers. Sometimes, these shots confuse the keeper, who attacks the ball with false confidence, leaving them looking silly. When he's one-on-one with the keeper, he demonstrates his calm finishing ability. His vision is also remarkable, finding passing lanes for his attacking partners. Then, I said that he was an interesting player who might be able to lead his team in his final year. This season, he's proving just that. His already mentioned attributes are finally bearing fruit, as he's become an unbelievably effective player. A magnificent ball-winner, he is a wall in the middle of the park. Getting past him is a near-impossible task for the opposition, especially with how energetic he is. His clean and surgical tackles are a sight to see, dominating anyone who tries to do so to him. In attack, he's just as impressive. With an incredible burst of pace, he blasts through the heart of the opposition's defense. Once he gets into the final third, he has the vision to play unreal passes for his attackers. If he isn't creating plays, he's finishing them. Agile and incredibly attack-minded, he is a complete headache for opposing defences. His ability to get rid of multiple defenders with simple moves makes him devastating in the box. He opens up spaces where most players would buckle. Once these spaces open up, he has the necessary reaction to get shots off before the defenders recover.
