Jimenez was the starting goalkeeper in the [program_tooltip program_id='283624' first='Capital' last='City SC'] team that advanced to the quarterfinals of the U19 Division. He did well in their 3-2 comeback win over Legends F in the group phase, making some important stops for his team. With Capital City playing very offensively in the second half, their backline was constantly exposed in transition plays, and Jimenez came up big with great saves, most notably one in a 1v1 situation in which he did very well at expanding his body range by using his feet. The goalkeeper also did well with the ball, hitting nice short passes out of the back and showing good accuracy for long balls.

Duran's Strikers Miami FC 2009 Elite Rios side exited the tournament's U17 Division in the group phase. He was one of their standouts in their only defeat in the event, a 2-0 loss to [program_tooltip program_id='283648' first='FC' last='Dallas'] Red ECNL B09, denying their opponents many goalscoring opportunities. Dallas were on the front foot the entire time, and Duran was constantly asked to make stops, showing good athleticism and reflexes to get to well-placed shots in the upper corners. The goalkeeper also did well in claiming crosses and when he had to step outside the box to get to long passes behind the backline.

Soto was with the [program_tooltip program_id='283311' first='Dallas' last='Texans'] ECNL B07/08 team that couldn't make it past the group phase in the U19 Division. I watched them in their debut, a 2-0 loss to Everton College, and his second-half performance was extremely reliable. Everton got many shots on target during the last 45 minutes and Soto stepped up to make big saves, impressively stopping one of their forwards in a 1v1 play. The goalkeeper also showed good accuracy and vision to get the ball to teammates with smart throws.

Reyna and his Solar SC Academy ECNL B11 team saw their run in the tournament's U15 Division come to an end in the group phase. Their campaign started with a scoreless tie against Mexican side Angeles Soccer Elite 11X, in which the goalkeeper did well between the posts. Reyna handled well the long-distance shots that went his way, showing good positioning and confidence to catch the ball, and also dominated in the air, claiming most crosses that went into the box. The goalkeeper did well when moving the ball with his feet and was also accurate with his throws.
