The eastern and western regions of North Carolina have an interesting class of 2029 in the girls' game. These two regions have been included in this article and previous ones, as one combined because of the smaller population they have. [program_tooltip program_id='280390' first='Highland' last='FC'] and [program_tooltip program_id='283526' first='Wilmington' last='Hammerheads'] are the clubs that are in charge of capturing the talent from each region. However, the high school programs are not strangers to success on the state level. The following list of 20 has 2 goalkeepers and 6 defenders, midfielders, and attackers. Unlike the previous articles for this class, each position has 2 players highlighted as the standout player. Each player highlighted is the standout player in their position in their respective region. As is the case for the standout players, they will have a future article specifically evaluating them.
