With her combination of work rate, vision, and technical ability, she rightfully earns her All-Conference honors this season.     Stoner is a midfielder who thrives in transition. Thomas has the ability to slip between defensive lines and make quick decisions that consistently lead to scoring chances. One of many aspects of her game that earned her ECNL All-Conference honors. At the top of the box, she stays alert, finishing with confidence and never giving up on a run. Facing defenders, Thomas uses quick feints to create space and open up new angles for attack. What sets her apart is her unselfish style of play; as a forward, she always looks to make the best decision for a scoring opportunity, whether that means finishing herself or setting up a teammate. Her movement, intelligence, and sharp decision-making bring both creativity and reliability to the attack, making her a versatile threat in the final third.     Melhuish brings relentless pressure in the final third, a quality that earned her First Team All-Conference honors. As captain of Concorde Fire, she leads by example, driving into the attack and controlling play down the line. In tight spaces, she keeps possession with her back to goal, showing composure even with defenders on her back. When facing pressure, she uses a dynamic style; dropping her shoulder to unbalance defenders and create space. Her ability to combine leadership, technical skill, and creativity makes her a well-rounded attacker. For these reasons and more, Melhuish rightfully earned ECNL All-Conference recognition this season.     ommers has been a steady force in the midfield all season, consistently setting the tempo for her team. Furthermore, her awareness allows her to pick out runs and move into space for teammates, creating attacking chances that others might miss. When the play shifts, Sommers recovers quickly, tracking back to help win back possession and maintain the team's shape. Her ability to balance control, creativity, and defensive work has made her an indispensable asset in the middle of the park. Ultimately, her consistent performances and leadership earned her a well-deserved spot on the All-Conference First Team.     Almeida is a true playmaker, and her work rate is impossible to miss on the pitch. She is constantly involved in every attack, linking up with teammates and driving play forward. In addition, her vision and passing ability allow her to create chances in tight spaces and keep her team on the front foot. Almeida has built on a season of consistent success, proving she can perform at the highest level. Her ability to read the game, combine in the final third, and track back defensively makes her a complete midfielder. With her blend of creativity, intensity, and tactical awareness, Almeida is a player who sets the tone for her side and is sure to make an impact as the competition intensifies.
