This series of articles will focus on players with potential to go pro. These will be 15 of the highest-potential players in the state between the classes of 2027 and 2029. Though the series of four articles will only highlight 15 players, it by no means means that these are the only players with potential to go pro. Players who, as of the day this article is being written, haven't committed to a university are the ones being included. An article discussing those players has already been written or will be in the future. The players featured are mostly players I've covered before, but not all.

With that out of the way, here are my picks for the highest potential goalkeepers.

One of the best goalkeeping talents I've covered so far, Maya has immense potential. Her tactical awareness is very welcome, but she complements it with actually executing her role phenomenally. A modern goalkeeper who can keep the ball out of the net, she combines both of the most desirable traits in a goalkeeper. She is ranked as the best goalkeeper in her class and with good reason. Quick in her reactions and her movements, she locks down her net wonderfully. As I've covered before, she plays really high up compared to what you'd expect from a keeper. Yet, she does so securely. Given the right tools, the sky is her limit.

Another one of the state's most exciting goalkeeping talents, Leah has all the attributes needed to be great. Finding a weakness in her game as a youth prospect is difficult because of how well-rounded she is. A youth international for the Philippines, she has the foreign experience to tack on to her resume. She's very intelligent, which will lead her to going pro soon if that is what she desires.

Alexis is one of the bravest goalkeepers I've seen so far. The youngest player on this list, she still has some years before making a decision about her future. Her qualities, though, make her an extremely exciting prospect. The way she rushes out for a cross or a loose ball is magnificent. She puts her body on the line with her only care being to get the ball in her possession safely. It's comparable to a defender who tackles hard but cleanly. Her awareness is another strong suit. Since she is a keeper who loves to come out to collect crosses, she needs to keep her eye on the ball and her surroundings. She does this spectacularly. Her diving is also really good. She has no problem diving, but only when she absolutely needs to. Saving shots with her legs is yet another strong suit, switching quickly to them when needed.
