She offers the elite upside from a physical attribute standpoint (5-foot-10, fast, strong). She can take on any player in a 1v1 duel.

On top of those qualities that shine on any field, she is also an elite playmaker. She has good vision and terrific instincts in 2v2 or 2v1 situations. Bell can create in the final third, which is a rare trait for an outside back.

She's been a key part of a defense that has only conceded one goal in seven games.

Center back

Girls Academy Talent ID

Leader

Mosier is a center back on the [program_tooltip program_id='283697' first='Midwest' last='United'] 2011/2012 Girls Academy team. She plays right center back for her club side. She was part of the Girls Academy Midwest-East Talent ID event last season in the 2011 age group.

She's been excellent for the new 2011/2012 this season. She anticipates really well and is always on the move to adjust her position both for defense and to help in possession. Mosier has been impressive with her ability to take on any type of opposing forward. She can match the pace of the speedsters and keep the target forwards away from goal with her strength.

Center back

Smart

Leader

Panganiban is a center back on the [program_tooltip program_id='276692' first='Nationals' last=''] U15 ECNL team. She's been outstanding this season for one of the best defenses in the country. [program_tooltip program_id='276692' first='Nationals' last=''] has only let in one goal in seven games.

Panganiban has great recovery speed, good organizational skills, and an excellent passer. She can hit a variety of passes with accuracy and pace. She's been a catalyst for the attack and fluidity of movement for her side. Her ability to cover ground and stop the attack allows the outside backs to push forward.

There's a lot of potential for Panganiban, but the consistency of her approach from game to game certainly stands out and can be directly attributed to her team's success.

Center back/outside back

Competitive

Captain

Dolan is a center back on the Liverpool FC MI U15 ECNL team. She is a captain for that team. She leads the backline. She's fiercely competitive and her game against [program_tooltip program_id='276692' first='Nationals' last=''] was an excellent example of the level she brings into the game. There was a stretch in the first half when she won a duel against a forward, the ball didn't come out cleanly and she immediately jumped into another challenge with a different player. In the end, she went through three tackles and then played an outlet pass to her teammate.

Dolan can also play at outside back. She is good on the ball and looks eager to jump into the attack. She has the technique to be an elite shutdown defender on the wing. Dolan is a top talent to watch in the Michigan class.

Center back

Girls Academy Talent ID

Last Line

Vradenburg is a center back on the [program_tooltip program_id='283695' first='Michigan' last='Jaguars'] U15 (2030) Girls Academy team. She was part of the Girls Academy Midwest-East Talent ID event last season. She's off to an outstanding start to the club season again this year.

She often operates as the last line of the defense for her team. She's great in that role. She has the tactical smarts to cover the threat and the pace to shut down any forward. She's also good on the ball and can help her team retain possession. Vradenburg has elite upside as a center back in this class.

Center back

Goal scorer

Weapon

Welch is a center back in the [program_tooltip program_id='283697' first='Midwest' last='United'] 2011/2012 Girls Academy team. She plays the left center back for her club team. She has the ability to play in pretty much any spot on the defense. She does well as an off-ball defender. If she is free of a mark, she gets the chance to pick up/intercept the entry pass and then jump start the attack. She's excellent on the ball as a dribbler.

Welch has also scored goals directly off corner kicks with her left foot. She's an elite prospect in this class with her left foot service and quality on the ball.
