Schweers showed a stride that broke through defensive lines all weekend. Right away, she timed her runs off through balls and attacked space without hesitation, striking in true forward fashion. Secondly, she dropped into the midfield when needed. Recognizing pockets of space and driving up the field to create chances for teammates or carry the ball herself.
Thirdly, her versatility made her dangerous in every phase. Overall, Schweers was a key piece for Fairfax, proving her value in both attacking and defensive moments throughout the event.

Schweers is a midfielder on the NVA 09 ECNL team. She plays, usually, in a wide role. She is good with either foot and can appear on either side of the formation. Schweers is a good two-way player. Physical defender and excellent at moving her feet. The NVA standout is electric on the ball and a bit of a jitterbug with quick feet and body feints. There is a lot of potential in her player profile as a wingback or winger thanks to a high work rate and skill level.
