Claire demonstrates the ability to attack aggressively and consistently. She shows exceptional ability in knowing when to check the ball. She shows a lot of patience before accelerating into space. Claire can score with both of her feet. She shows the ability to have great shot selection. Claire is very confident when she take on defenders and knows how to create separation. She has very strong body control and balance when she needs to hold off defenders. Claire is a high motor player that will help any time as she plays at the next level.

Badger worked well in midfield for Utah Avalanche, keeping her intensity level high and making good choices when on the ball. A box-to-box midfielder, she was very active defensively, stepping up to make plays in different areas of the field – she was very good with how well she timed her sliding tackles. Badger also took good care of the ball, delivering accurate passes, and had a couple of good runs on and off the ball on the right side of the attack to get into the box and make plays.

Badger is a forward on the Utah Avalanche 09 ECNL team. She previously played for Utah Celtic in the Girls Academy. She was named to the Girls Academy National Talent ID roster last summer. She was also a GA Generation Adidas all-star last year. She is a winger who loves to take players on in 1v1 situations. She’s a skillful dribbler who combines elusive body feints with quick feet and lower body strength. She is a difference-maker at the club level with her ability to win the duel and create opportunities in the final third. Badger has shown the quality to be considered among the best of the best in Utah and the nation in the 2028 class.
