About Haley

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a technical and intelligent player who reads the game well. I have the ability to create opportunities, control the tempo, and elevate the players around me. I move through the midfield with pace and control looking for goal scoring opportunities.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a driven and hardworking person who's always striving to improve and reach my goals. I work well with others and bring a strong team spirit. While I know how to stay focused and give my best effort, I also have a fun, lighthearted side that keeps things positive and balanced.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

National BETA Club AP Student of the year (AP Human Geography) Chick-Fil-A Leadership Club DECA

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am someone who leads by example, stays positive and motivates others. I value teamwork and understand that success comes from working together, while trusting and supporting each other. I take initiative when needed but also listen and adapt to help my team reach our goals. I've learned the importance of giving back, building connections, and using my time and skills to make a positive impact

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Two years ago I chose to dropped from ECNL to ECRL. This was a challenge because it felt like a step back, but ultimately became one of the most valuable parts of my journey, allowing me to focus on improving my game. I learned how to read the game better, make smarter decisions, and develop confidence. What seemed like a setback helped me grow stronger and prepared me to compete at a ECNL again.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a strong academic school, ideally a smaller division I or division II school located in the Southeast. I value a campus where students and professors know each other well, with supportive relationships on and off the field. I want a school that is balanced with athletics and academic excellence, in an environment that feels welcoming, connected, and focused on personal growth.
