Staying in state and just south Shim is headed to UCSD in 2027. Shim has excellent pedigree. She has been in USYNT camps and plays for an excellent club in Beach FC. She is definitely on the smaller side but she plays big. She has excellent technique and amazing soccer IQ. The Tritons aren’t having a stellar season thus far at 4-6-6 but just got their biggest score in recruitment thus far. I think Shim could definitely be a candidate to transfer up after a couple of seasons to a Power 4 program.
