Wing back. Budden is a skillful player with some previous history playing in an attacking wing role. She is still a prospect in that position as well, but her best path might be as a wingback. She is a quick player who can burst players with ease. Comfortable running with the ball at her feet, Budden offers a weapon from the wide channel but she also has the vision and passing to operate in the center as well. She is a good 1v1 defender and uses her strength well in those duels.
