About Taylor

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I have developed playing a possession based, build out of the back playing style, mostly in a 4-3-3 formation. I am a strong, physical player and communicate very well on the field. Primary strengths are one vs. one defending, passing accuracy, movement off the ball and leadership on the field.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a very positive attitude and a strong work ethic. I am always looking for new challenges and ways to improve. I try to add a lot of fun and energy to the people I'm around and try to make their day better.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a member of the Arts and Athletic Leadership Council at Montverde Academy. I often volunteer in the community to help coach youth soccer clinics and volunteer to help assist onboarding new students at my school. I have been inducted into the National Honor Society as well.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Growing up playing team sports, I learned at an early age the importance of teamwork, maintaining a positive attitude and working with others to achieve common goals. During my time on the Arts and Athletics Leadership Council, I have had the opportunity to participate in community service events, support onboarding new students, and lead event efforts for school sports at Montverde Academy.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I'm always looking for new challenges and as I continue through High School and am taking multiple AP classes, volunteering through community service, playing soccer and making time for friends and family. School is my number one priority and I'm lucky to have great teachers, coaches and family who support me and help me through any challenge.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am interested in studying Biology with the long term goal of becoming a Dermatologist. I'm interested in colleges that will challenge me academically and allow me to play soccer in a competitive environment.
