Chris Nascimento
Chris Nascimento
I like to call him the Penn Fusion Pele because of his last name and technical ability. My last time seeing him he really impressed in a win against LVU Rush both from open play and on set pieces. It helps being in such a dynamic attacking team with multiple weapons but Nascimento is an entertaining player to watch with a lot to offer.
The FC Delco 2008s are a joy to watch and Manny Coronado Manny Coronado F PA is one of the big reasons. He and Michael Capretto Michael Capretto F State PA carved apart PA Classics in an MLS Next match at home last month. Like Capretto, the work rate, skill on the ball and pace in the final third is enough to really overwhelm teams.
Sebastian Rios
Sebastian Rios
Rios caught my eye early on in a match at the FC Europa Turf Cup showcase and while his opportunities going forward were limited on the day he still stood out to me as a player with a huge upside who generated some buzz over the weekend event.
Jeter Cardona
Jeter Cardona
Like Rios, you can tell a lot about a player even when they are on a team on the losing end of a result. Jeter Cardona’s PA Classics side wasn’t able to find a goal and lost 1-0 to FC Delco last month but Cardona still impressed me with his hold-up play and involvement in the final third.
Hasan Strandzhev
Hasan Strandzhev
Between high school and club I’ve seen Hasan play in games where his team was overmatched but left still impressed by his impact in the game. I like his work rate, physicality and determination both with and without the ball.
