[player_tooltip player_id='47903' first='Matteo' last='Delmonte'], Central Midfielder, Class of 2025

Delmonte is a player who has earned his captaincy with his mature qualities as a leader and his actions on the pitch. A well-rounded No. 8, he does everything well on both ends of the pitch as he goes box-to-box. He really reads the game well, which allows him to step into passing lanes and he can do so while tracking back, and dispossess while on the move. He can transition quickly and distribute well, showing great technical ability when on the ball. His presence and smarts make him very valuable to SF Elite SC.

[player_tooltip player_id='47902' first='Atticus' last='English'], Central Defender, Class of 2025

English is a versatile player, who is a really excellent central defender, but also can play forward if needed. As a center back, he is very much a lockdown 1v1 defender, and he is very supportive in that he covers well, does not leave the defense exposed and is very fundamental. He is dynamic as he can push up the pitch and join the attack as he has great technical ability as he can possess the ball better than most defenders.

[player_tooltip player_id='47901' first='Masayuki' last='Fujita'], Attacking Midfielder, Class of 2025

Fujita has always been an extremely talented player, but if you see him play or watch his film on YouTube, you can see how much better he has got. He looks like a next level player in terms of his agility, his ability to operate in tight areas and with his movement on and off the ball. His understanding of space is top notch. He knows when to drive at defenders, when to play the ball and then continue on as he has the ability to both carry or make a perfectly timed run. His ability to change pace and direction make him incredibly dangerous, and he possesses the ability to score from range.

[player_tooltip player_id='47905' first='Misha' last='May'], Keeper, Class of 2026

May is an excellent keeper, and the reasons for that are threefold. First of all, he can really distribute. He's comfortable with the ball at his feet as he does not rush, and he can deliver an accurate ball and do so at multiple levels. He can play it long or play it on the floor. He's also a very good shot stopper, not just on routine balls but makes highlight level saves as he is athletic and reactive. He's also very smart with his positioning and playing angles. Lastly, he's a great communicator and leader as he stays involved in the game and directs his defenders clearly.

Braxton Nemes, Defensive Midfielder, Class of 2026

Nemes is a No. 6 that plays the game with passion and enthusiasm. He has an excellent work ethic and shows a willingness to help the defense at all times. He shows very good spatial awareness which allows him to be a player than can generate offense and join the attack, and he does so unselfishly. With great technical ability, the willingness to work hard and with his efficiency, he is a very good No. 6.
