You rarely see a player like this at the High School level anymore. With most of the top talent gravitating towards MLSNext schedules Wachs is the exception. Always choosing to play with and against older players with Project 510 , even spending time with the Oakland Roots first team. Wachs has been balling for the Bishop O’Dowd Dragons so far this season from his deep lying defensive midfield role, dictating the play and pitching in 4 assists.

For any other football lovers out there I refer to this kid as QB1 because you won’t find another kid in the whole country who can manage a soccer game the way he can. His team went down to 10-men pretty early against Sac Republic and he was a big reason why the Earthquakes pulled out a positive 2-2 result. His leadership skills, soccer IQ and technical prowess continue to impress. He’d be the first player I put on my team sheet if I was his coach.
