Here are five players who can make an impact at the Division 1 level right away. Most of them will have 4 years left of eligibility because of the Pavio ruling, and all of them were voted JUCO All-Americans. Watching these players proves that there is talent everywhere and so many players fall through the cracks of standard recruiting.

Oruha Hayashi- The Iowa Western Community College attacker had one of the most dominant Junior College career's of all time. She won the JUCO D1 player of the year not once but twice and scored 42 goals and dished out 38 assists in her two seasons. Her Sophomore year highlight reel is one of the best I've ever seen. She has two great feet and is a potent finisher from all angles. She is a fantastic passer of the ball, she will drop deep to pick the ball up and distribute. She reminds me a lot of Harry Kane with her off ball movement and exquisitely weighted line breaking passes.

Aniyah Nurse-White- The long athletic Seminole State College midfielder/forward had a fantastic season for the Trojans. She was an All-American, scored 15 goals and chipped in 12 assists to help lead her team to the NJCAA final four. She reminds me a lot of recent Houston Dash signing [player_tooltip player_id='27342' first='Zoe' last='Matthews'] as she can cover a ton of ground, very calm in possession, and has extreme versatility. She's a day 1 power 4 conference starter if you ask me.

Constance Aygemang- The Navarro College standout had a monster season scoring 24 goals and chipping in 18 dimes. She's fast, strong, direct and a fantastic finisher. She played for Ghana at U-17 level and if you are looking to sure up your front line for next season she could provide an instant solution.

Sakiko Manabe- The defensive midfielder from Japan had an All-American season for Butler Community College. She scored 4 goals and added 15 assists. She reads the game very well on both ends. She's small but fierce and rarely loses a defensive duel. She can break lines on the dribble and has the ability to play a killer pass through to her attackers. She manages the game very well and is as dependable as they come.

Hope Martin Northrop- I'm not sure what the rule is as far as Division 1 bounce backs to JUCO as far as their clock goes but Northrop should not have a problem finding a new home regardless. The Folsom Lake defender won JUCO D3 national player of the year, was one of two defenders named to the All-American team, and won a State Championship. Quite the year for the former San Jose State star.
