About Kannyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would like to describe my style of play as (what needs to be done) I can play every position on the field. Assisting, attacking, scoring, defending ect. My favorite thing to do is to have the team be successful because of my unselfish play, but if the situation dictates also taking on pressure to ensure chances at success.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am looking forward to all club and high school can challenge me with as I look to accomplish my dream of collegiate soccer. I have had the opportunity to play all over the country vs various competition and for different coaches, which has improved my skill, passion and knowledge for the game. I am open to any tryouts/ ID camps available to me to show and introduce myself to college coaches.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Since I have entered HS, I have helped form a Christian athlete group. I am part of the robotics program at school as well. I have earned scholar athlete recognition.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I consider myself a constant learner and work in progress. I have often been looked to as a leader; the first season of HS allowed me to learn and adjust. This first season was a successful one filled with new challenges amongst 12 Seniors; they welcomed me and taught me to raise my levels. In my community I volunteer at church and for holiday meals, drives.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My challenges have been finding a club to push me to greater heights; my coaches have been humbling to learn from. Understanding that there is more than just winning has helped me shape my play. The various cities, states, teams and opportunities have challenged me physically and mentally and I strive for more.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a program that will challenge me to become the best version of myself.
