About Kai

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Fast, aggressive and extremely physical. I have a high game intelligence and make the smart play consistently.. but also have a huge leg.. so I can make the risky and “home run” play if needed. I have the ability to dribble up through lines if needed as I played over half my career as a forward, so very comfortable with the ball at my feet!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I lead by by example. I will play injured, sick and do whatever is needed for my team to win! My job is to give our goal scorers opportunities and to protect my goalie!

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I work a part time job! I play National League at the highest level and also just made the 07/08 TKO ECNL team in which I will be paying in both leagues!

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have played sports my entire life… basketball, football, track,soccer.. all through school and travel. I have developed a strong sense of team through all of this in very different sports.. I have done many at the same time.. where I was changing uniforms in the car from one sport to the next… I never missed a practice or a game. My ability to manage multiple sports at one time, school and work

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

The challenges I face is the ability to work, school and multiple sports at one time… I not only make all work, I do them at a high level. I also have siblings who are very involved, so I have been forced to get to many of my commitments on my own.. and always make them work.

What type of college are you looking for?

Great educational opportunity and the sports program and coach is a fit for me and I’m a fit for them… so based on that, I’m not setting any criteria… I want to entertain all options.
