Having good awareness, he is always aware of who is a threat, and when in possession of the ball, picking out players. He is strong defense, holding his ground and line well, making it hard for players to try and beat him on a 1v1 or make a run in through the defense. He is also an excellent reader game, knowing when to drop and drop quick, and when there is space in the defense to run into. Strong, tall, physical, and aggressive, he is always fighting to the win the ball and getting the ball off him proves to be a tough ask given his stature and mentality.
