Peterson is an outside back on the Wasatch 09 GA team. She was part of the Girls Academy Generation adidas All-Star team. She is also a star on the Wasatch High School Varsity team. She was named to the Utah 5A All-State First-Team.
Peterson is a right back with elite speed. She can also play left back as she showed during the Generation Adidas event earlier this year. She is a strong 1v1 defender. She uses her body well and has great recovery speed. She makes quick decisions on the ball and plays clean passes to her teammates. Peterson offers a well-rounded game that continues to raise to the higher level of play with every opportunity.
