Suess was terrific for City SC . She was the leader of the backline for her squad. Her performance thoughout the week was a key reason why her team advancing to the semifinal round. Suess headlined the defense that started the event with back-to-back shutouts. She was excellent against Columbus United with her ability to read the game and shut down the opposition.
Harper Finlinson was also a standout from the City defense.

The City SC captain was impactful on both sides of the ball. She scored a wonderful header in the final game. She was irreplaceable as a defender in every game. She shut down countless attacks in the opening win over Lamorinda. Suess is a tough defender who is a smart player and makes key players at the right times. Lilah Barba, Reagan Hoffman, and Caroline Krenn were also standouts for City SC.

Suess is a center back on the City SC 2011 White Girls Academy team. She was part of the Girls Academy Talent ID Southwest event last season. She plays in the center of a back three. She is excellent at organizing the defense. She’s a vocal leader on the field. Suess is right footed and has a booming kick. She’s provided some assists in recent games with her long distance delivery. Suess is a target on corner kicks with her aerial dominance. She was one of the top center backs in the Girls Academy playoffs last season.
