Arbelaez is a versatile forward that can play a number of positions at the top of the formation or on the wing. She has elite finishing ability and can score in a variety of ways. She makes well timed runs in the box and finishes quite often and has some flair to her game that makes her a dangerous one on one matchup. Perhaps her most underrated quality is her playmaking. She can put the ball anywhere she wants with precise passing with through balls and sending balls into the box.

Arbelaez is a right-footed attacking midfielder who offers quality and creativity to her side. She is an excellent passer and good at making runs off the ball to be an option for her side. She has a good change of pace and can get past defenders when they are caught on their heels or slow moving laterally. She has enough of a bite defensively to fill in as a No. 8 as well. Arbelaez is a terrifically gifted midfielder and could be a player who vastly exceeds her rank as her technical ability on the ball is special and should make her a target for smart scouts.
