About Milad

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play with intensity and purpose. I read the game early, win my battles, and stay disciplined while still being aggressive. I’m reliable on both sides of the ball and do the dirty work that helps the team win.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m focused, driven, and hard to break. I stay locked in under pressure, hold myself to high standards, and don’t shy away from responsibility. I’m competitive, disciplined, and always looking for ways to improve, no matter the situation.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I play for Nationals ECNL as an academy player and compete at a high level year-round. I’m also involved with my high school team, balancing both environments to keep developing and competing consistently.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong leadership by leading through my work rate, communication, and consistency. I’m a reliable teammate who puts the team first, stays accountable, and supports others on and off the field. Through high-level soccer, I’ve learned discipline, time management, and resilience, which carry over into everything I do.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

It was a hamstring injury. I had to sit out and watch instead of play, which was tough, but I used that time to focus on rehab, strength, and understanding the game better. When I came back, I was more disciplined, mentally stronger, and didn’t take being on the field for granted anymore.

What type of college are you looking for?

Look for colleges that actually develop players, play versatile guys like me, and give underclassmen real minutes. Go for programs where coaches need my mentality, work rate, and versatility, whether it’s D1 mid-majors, competitive D2, or top NAIA schools that move players up. Focus on fit, opportunity, and growth, not just the name.
