The Illinois commit is a leader in the Chargers attack. Although she had a few close shots and two pingers, her pressure up top keeps the defense on their toes. As the reigning ECNL player of the year, teams are always making sure to know where she is. Creating plays from the mid and hitting players in stride with quick and precise through passes are key elements of her game. Allison's ability to shake off defenders is a sight to see. With the ball at her feet, it is almost guaranteed for her to make a play.

Allison's Highlights:

https://twitter.com/BayAreaSocScout/status/2018548920150790442?s=20

2. The California Baptist University (CBU) commit made tough and clean challenges while winning the majority. Her strong runs clear paths, and she has the athleticism to make the critical passes and to take shots from range. Kelsey has the skills and size to compete at the next level, and it will be awesome to see how far she can lead her team in the postseason.

Kelsey's Highlights:

https://twitter.com/BayAreaSocScout/status/2018553034729717974?s=20

3. Her quick one-step move to free the defender and goalkeeper gave her a clean shot to the far post. Top-Level finish. She has 10 goals and 2 assists for the Chargers. Aylin was also active by providing high-pressure up top and made defenders choose to reset from the channels. Her quick feet and ability to close in on defenders holding the ball for a bit almost lead to additional scores. I really like her style of play and look forward to evaluating her at the club level.

Aylin's Clutch Goal:

https://twitter.com/BayAreaSocScout/status/2012406615602037149?s=20

4. Malia is one of the Cougars' top players, as she scored 22 goals and contributed 13 assists throughout her high school career. I've evaluated her at the ECNL level, and she's definitely a certified goal scorer. Her ability to get win-backs and apply pressure up top makes her a dangerous player on both ends. One of the things that stood out was also her fitness, as she seemed to have a motor pushing her to all areas of the pitch. She's a high-energy player who leads by example.

Malia's Highlights:

https://twitter.com/BayAreaSocScout/status/2018558366558416964?s=20

5. Her ability to anticipate the angles of attack placed her in position to make difficult stops. She commanded her defense, made long punts, and could play the ball at her feet. Adalyn came into this match with 5 shutouts. She currently has a record of 32 goals against with 286 saves in 36 matches. Her big-time stops definitely kept at least 3 goals off the board.

Adalyn's Highlights:

https://twitter.com/BayAreaSocScout/status/2018562700016762943?s=20

Leland Chargers - Team Picture
