Newcomers scouts should know from Missouri Ranking

There is a reason for scouts to be incredibly optimistic about any player from this class being interested in this program. She is an athletic center back with versatility. She can fill in a variety of roles including the midfield and displays all the traits that she would make for an elite outside back. She's a smart player who reads the game well and shows her best when she can man-mark and cut out passes. She can play as a No. 6 or No. 8. She can also play in the defense. Her effort, complete game, and competitiveness stand out from game film. She is the type of player who will make the effort to close off a counter on a full field run. She leads with her actions and is a valuable piece for any team. Favazza's ability to fit in as a defender is another positive of her game. There is a lot to like about her current game, but even more to highlight for her potential. Frede is a forward who can play on the wing or through the center. She plays with confidence and loves the challenge in 1v1 situations. She plays as more of a playmaker in the final third than a finisher, but she's a capable finisher too. She has a good first touch and can play with her back to the goal. Being more ruthless in the final third and increasing her production at the ECNL will take her game to the next level. She needs to improve her speed of play/processing to get ready for that level. but there is plenty of reason to believe she has all the tools to do that and be an early contributor at the college level. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>She's impressed this season with her impact at the Girls Academy level. She dictates the game with her two-way play. She'll be in a sharp tackle and retain possession for her side. She has excellent vision and provides a number of key passes. She is five-foot-10 and plays center back, but she can also play forward. She is a right-footed player but can play as the left center back. She is a brickwall of the backline. There is nothing getting past Gossett. She goes into tackles and uses her tall frame and long legs well to shut down the opposition. She has a knack for knowing what the attacker wants to do and immediately closing that off. Her experience playing in the attack shows up with her distribution as she is constantly scanning for passes to create chances for her side. She should be on the radar for big time programs in the area. She is one of the best forwards in the region. She can do everything, and she is a player with a nose for the goal. She's been prolific in ECNL this season with her club team.
