Heringer is a center back on the Davis Legacy squad. She was named to the Top 18 players list to the Far West Championship from earlier this year. She was also named to the ODP West Region team.
Heringer continues to be a defender on the rise. She has some position flexibility as previously being a midfielder. I’ve mainly seen her play as a right center back during the most recent campaign. The comfort on the ball and ability to play against the press shines in that role. Her competitiveness is also evident as well.
Heringer looks to be one of the best defensive-minded center backs in the Northern California 2011 class.
