Southern Indiana’s 2029 and 2030 Girls to Watch

With the fall season commencing in October, we've been able to see many newcomers who've made their mark this season. The freshman girls in the Southern Indiana region have been exemplary this fall. This is an exciting matter, as it's obvious that high-level young players are entering the scene. As the season has come to an end for most teams, here are players to watch out for next fall.

Grace has been arguably the most impressive sophomore in Southern Indiana this season. Grace is a Christian Academy Lady Warrior. Averaging 2 goals per game, Takami recorded 30 goals this season. Not only can she score, she proved her ability to assist by recording 9 of them. Ending the season with 69 points on the season, Takami is extremely important to keep an eye on.

Porter is another top sophomore for the Christian Academy of Indiana squad. She can certainly convert goal opportunities, scoring 10 goals this season. However, her strong suit is her passing. With 20 assists on the season, Analeigh is top in the State for her assists. While she's only a sophomore, the sky is the limit. Certainly keep an eye out for her.

Riley is certainly the highest-skilled freshman in the region. Belden plays for the New Albany Bulldogs, alongside her sister. Riley's statistics are out of this world. While she has an absurd amount of goals this season, at 24, this undermines her other statistics. Belden has a shocking 32 assists this season. As a freshman, Riley leads her team with 80 points.

Kenzie is literally the definition of an all-around player. She can do amazing at goalie, at striker, and even in the midfield. With 80 saves this season, she's been impressive in her time in goal. The shocking part is her stats elsewhere. She has 12 goals this season and 9 assists. Matching her field stats with her goalie stats shows us that you cannot go wrong with Smith. What a player!

While Mariah is only a freshman, she leads her team in goals. This is an especially impressive feat at such a young age. Leading with 15 goals this season, it's undeniable that Baxley has a natural ability to score. Baxley was a big help in Sullivan's season, and her potential for growth is enormous. Certainly keep an eye on Mariah in the upcoming seasons.
