<p><strong>No. 1</strong> <strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-primary-color">[player_tooltip player_id='12547' first='Micah' last='Burton']</mark></strong>: A midfielder from Austin FC with an impressive player ranking of No. 1 in all-around rankings -- including state rank, position rank, and national rank. Burton has also been no stranger to PrepSoccer, with being tagged in three other articles. In addition, Burton also has received a call-up to the US U-17 MYNT. Burton has a power midfielder that would be a key offensive asset to any college team. </p>

<p><strong>No. 2</strong> <strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-primary-color">[player_tooltip player_id='16471' first='Luis' last='Moreno']</mark></strong>: Another top midfielder from Houston Dynamo who ranks No. 3 in Texas and has an impressive national rank of No. 28. Moreno, like Burton, also has been invited to the US U-17 MYNT. In a recent PrepSoccer article, Moreno was assessed as "a great passer and (has) the tools to be on the professional pathway."</p>
